The Coquillette house is located in the heart of the commune of St Martin, close to its port, its market and restaurants, and its shopping streets. You will discover, by venturing into Rue Mérindot, a flowery street with typical Rétais charm. Formerly the restaurant “Le Pot de Vinière” until 1955, the house has been family-owned since then. Eager to preserve the old-fashioned charm of this house, the owners completely renovated it in 2021.
