The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Studio classified 3* (33m2) comfortable 5 min walk to the port, in quiet residence. Sofa bed 160 and bunk beds 90/190 for family with 1or 2 children or 3 adults. A piece of garden with furniture. Heated pool and hammam open from February to early November and Christmas. Linen NOT included (NO tea towels, bath mats, sheets, towels), rent on request. Free parking on site (subject to availability) An amount of 40 euros for the household is included in the price.

Independent room within house.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

The house "Coquillette" is located in the heart of the municipality of Saint Martin, a short walk to its port, market and restaurants, and shopping alleys. You will discover while venturing into Rue Mérindot, a flowery street with typical Rétais charm. Old restaurant "Le pot de Vinière" until 1955 the house has become a family home since that date. The owners, eager to keep the old-fashioned charm of this authentic house was completely renovated in 2021

Close to harbor, restaurants, shops and the beach. You will have a terrace of 18 m2 and private parking. You will be greeted by the owners who live on the island, and who will be at your disposal. For our friends the animals welcome with permission from the owner.
