La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 sets of linens are provided. 1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully-equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linens, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
