Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.

Close to shops, tennis and the sea. Everything is within walking distance. Terrace facing south, not overlooked. The house is ideal for 7 adult beds, as the 8th bed is a crib (70*160). A person 1.60 m tall will sleep very well there :) Possibility to unfold the living room sofa for 2 additional beds if needed. Linens and towels are to be provided. My housekeeper can provide them for an extra charge

Dinard Center 1 minute from the beach

Charming 65 m² duplex apartment in the center of Dinard, 1 min from the beach of L'Ecluse and the pier for St-Malo, and 5 min from the city center. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided, and beds will be made upon your arrival. Attention: the bedrooms and kitchen are quite low ceiling, the apartment is not recommended for people over 1m85.
