Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Studio classified for tourism 3 stars - 2 nights minimum 42 m2 for two travelers -a bed 140 x 190 cm- After walking along the just a little dark corridor of a bakery that smells like fresh bread and climbing a staircase, you enter in a space revisited by a decorator (have a look at the photos). The whole is very boudoir, sweet refined, very dreamlike, clear and bright with a view of the garden: a real cocoon that makes you forget everything!

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
