Located within the historic town walls and very close to all local amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants, beautiful buildings and public spaces and a short walk to the historic port of Dinan. The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.

A person 1.60 m tall will sleep very well there :) Possibility to unfold the living room sofa for 2 additional beds if needed. Linens and towels are to be provided. My housekeeper can provide them for an extra charge
