House vacation rentals in Saint-Lunaire

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. What a great stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful area has to offer but we will definitely come back! The house is perfect for two with a jacuzzi to end the day after 16 km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for her availability. We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily reachable by foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Very spacious and functional house. Very bright house, and probably very well insulated, because the temperature has always remained cool, even on very sunny days. Perfectly matches the description and photos presented. Very quiet neighborhood, and access, within walking distance, to the beach, allowed us to take many walks with our dogs, at any time. Well exposed garden, ideal with comfortable deckchairs. We fully enjoyed these few days of relaxation, and we warmly thank Adrienne for her availability, and her desire to give us the best advice, when it was useful to us. This house is perfect for a stay in Dinard. Everything is within easy walking distance - the beach is a 5 minute stroll and the town only 15/20 minutes. There is even a free bus just around the corner! There are excellent bakeries and restaurants near by and there are plenty in the centre of Dinard too. The house is immaculate and although there were only two of us, it would also be ideal for a family. The owners responded very promptly and gave great advice. We spent our days walking around the headland, eating, drinking and having a wonderful time - this is France at its best. Thank you so much for facilitating a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

A fabulous stay at Claire's house in the heart of Dinard! A haven of peace, the countryside a few minutes from the beach and shops. I can only recommend this house!

This is a beautiful renovated old farm house on a burgeoning organic farm not far from Dinan, Saint Malo, and other local attractions. The house has been lovingly renovated and is truly beautiful outside and out. We felt at home from the first moment we stepped inside. Etienne and Thérèse are crafting an amazing life for themselves and their family on this wonderful spot and it was a pleasure to get to share a few days of the experience they're enjoying. Communication was easy and there are many local treasures nearby, from a bakery walking distance in the nearby village (and a wonderful local wholesale coffee roaster) to the magnificent beaches. We would love to return one day (hopefully when the vegetables are ready!) and send all best wishes to this lovely family on their growing organic farm. Thanks!
