You will stay in a small 30 m² house without an outside area but only a 3-minute walk to the beach, 9 minutes to the thalasso and 13 minutes to downtown Dinard on foot. In Saint-Enogat, you will find all the shops you need for your stay.

Small comfortable house, two bedrooms upstairs, one of which opens onto the staircase (a little steep) and passage through it to access the second bedroom. Open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower and LL, separate toilet 600 m2 enclosed and wooded garden. South-facing, at the end of a cul-de-sac, peace and quiet assured. Linens are not provided. Adult beds, duvets (230 x 220) Children's beds, duvets (150 x 130) Ready baby bed, and high chair. You are responsible for cleaning.

Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.
