Wonderful stay in the Creuse, to be done again. The accommodation is perfect (2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 12, plus a small dog). I really liked the organization of the accommodation, including the entrance through the veranda which really allows you to put things (walking shoes, backpack, k way...) , forming a room almost airlock before entering the accommodation itself. The kids loved enjoying the ping pong table (sheltered), which allowed us to enjoy active family moments despite the rain.

Have a great weekend in the countryside with the family. Excellent welcome from Peter flexible on the schedules that allowed us not to leave as we wanted in the early afternoon. A cake was waiting for us when we arrived. The wood burning stove was nice given the bad weather. Great time to play in the barn: billiards, darts... Very good bedding. Just be careful with the stairs whose steps are not wide but once you don't have a problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The place was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. I especially liked the perfectly furnished kitchen, it had everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and it was possible for me to take my bike in. Very helpful and nice! Perfect place 👍🏻

The host is very responsive before the stay and during The welcome on arrival is neat, the rooms worthy of a beautiful hotel with pleasant little touches (soap from a local goat farm, lit fireplace, etc.) The house is very nicely furnished, very practical and the outdoor spaces are sublime, it is quiet, surrounded by nature, enough to settle in the sun or at nightfall with the brazier. We had a great time with friends and with children. The house is child-friendly (games, books) In summer, to be able to enjoy the pool, it must be nice too. Excellent stay in a large and beautiful quiet house. The pool was really nice during these scorching days. Nicolas is a very friendly and responsive host.

We chose Janine and Mario’s cottage for our 4 week stay as we didn’t know the area and thought we’d like to try Limousin. We chose Janailhac only because it has a depot de pain and a small bar restaurant (both very welcoming)! In reality it far exceeded our hopes. Janine and Mario are great, friendly, kind and supportive hosts who are determined to give their visitors the best possible stay. They provided lots of helpful information about the many interesting and historic villages and restaurants and markets largely within a 25 mile radius so plenty of places to visit. Janailhac is a tiny, pretty, friendly farming village of beautiful rolling fields (and a SuperU at 4 miles). Quiet nights and clean air meant we slept better than in years. The cottage is large and comfortable with a pellet boiler heating system so we were never chilly plus a large open fire place and 2 great hot showers. Well stocked for children with toys, high chair, cot and even a buggy. Highly recommended!

Charming little home in a green setting. Anne and Xavier are attentive, available and friendly. We had a nice stay at their home, and were able to really enjoy nature and this beautiful area. We recommend it for a quiet stay. Some more supplies in the accommodation would be welcome (toilet paper, sugar, dishwashing liquid...) but otherwise great!

Family stay that was very nice. Florent and Céline are available and responsive. The accommodation is clean with an environment surrounded by nature. We have benefited well.

After a warm welcome from our host's little children and dog, then from our host, we discovered this little waterfront paradise. A place that has a charm that made us regret only spending one night there. The quiet and bucolic environment and the many animals for nature lovers is a real plus. Dominique is a caring and welcoming host who knows how to make you feel at home. The accommodation is cozy, super clean and very well-equipped. We will be back!

We booked the cottage for a weekend for our loved ones who really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting. They will happily come back and found a beautiful and quiet place for nature lovers. The accommodation matches the description and photos. In addition, Marie-Christine is a very welcoming host. I would absolutely recommend this cottage.

We spent 15 days in a quiet and relaxing setting. The large, very wooded lot allowed us to spend a canical week with a feeling of freshness. Kenny and Karinne's hospitality was very jovial, always available and attentive. Come for a walk and see!
