Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles

Le logement est très agréable et lumineux. Au calme, il est décoré avec goût et chaleureux. Je m y suis sentie très bien. Hôtes très réactifs et instructions claires. J aurai cependant apprécié des messages un peu plus personnalisés pour retrouver l esprit Airbnb d échanges et de partages qui me font utiliser ce site.

Endroit calme, apaisant face aux vignes et seulement à 10 min en voiture du périphérique nantais. Agencement optimisé pour profiter d’un bel espace de vie, agilité recommandée pour rejoindre l’étage.

Super séjour, logement nickel très propre et fonctionnel rien à redire. Emplacement très calme et paisible. Hôtes très réactifs dans les échanges par message (nous n'avons pas pu les rencontrer directement malheureusement car ils étaient en voyage). Nous avons eu néanmoins la chance de profiter des fruits et légumes de leur jardin (avec leur permission bien entendu), les fraises étaient délicieuses pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants et des parents. Bref, on recommande :-)

Gilles is such a nice host and he offered us good wines and always ready to answer our questions. It is a very clean and beautiful place. I highly recommend this place.

Le Cabanon is superb in every way. Laurence and Gael gave us an extremely warm welcome with great information . Always excellent communication. We really enjoyed the pristine pool. The view is wonderful amongst the vines. The Cabanon had everything we needed and was extremely clean. A great base for exploring Nantes and the surrounding area. We left feeling extremely relaxed with wonderful memories from our stay. We would love to return in the future.

Séjour trop court et mérite d’y retourner pour profiter de l’ensemble des installations en été. Une remarque concernant l’escalier qui n’est pas conforme. Prévoir le changement avant qu’un accident se produise notamment avec des enfants. Sinon Rodrigue est très convivial.

2 nuits passées dans un superbe cadre reposant. Le logement était propre et spacieux. Les occupants sont très gentils et disponibles.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Séjour au top chez Guillaume ! Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent : logement très propre, bien équipé, et l’accueil est vraiment irréprochable. Guillaume est super réactif, sympa et disponible, que ce soit pour l’arrivée ou le départ. Le logement est en rez-de-chaussée et donne sur la rue, donc il peut y avoir un peu de bruit, mais honnêtement c’est un détail comparé à la qualité du bien proposé. Tout était nickel ! Je recommande vivement, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci encore Guillaume !

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sofort wohl gefühlt. Individuelle Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Design. Die private Wohnung liegt in einem stilvollen Haus im gepflegten Hinterhof, super ruhig und dennoch inmitten dem Zentrum, neben der Passage Pommeraye. Nantes ist eine kleine Stadt mit so vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Kunst, Parks, schönen Geschäften und tollen Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch wieder bei Bénédicte wohnen!

Le logement est bien équipé , facile d'accès. Les transports en commun sont relativement proches 500 m environ. 2 boulangeries à proximité 30m pour une et 100m pour l'autre. Les instructions sont claires. Importance d'avoir un parking fermé. Je recommande ce logement.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.
