This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

If you like local tourism, you will love to visit the surrounding medieval Bastides (Eymet), get lost in the hiking trails, fishing, discover the wines of Bergerac or Bordeaux, savor the good regional flesh. If you like golf, you will be seduced by the 27 holes of Château des Vigiers (15 km). Finally, if you aspire to a stay of pure relaxation, where it is good to live without doing anything, the cottage will be your haven of peace, quiet, by the pool.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.

This stone gite near our property, has been fully renovated. Its stunning views of the forest, without any overlook will bring you calm and change of scenery. The semi-open terrace offers you the opportunity to eat and rest on Chilean women. The 5x10 m pool is at your disposal and only for you.

Started in Normandy, the gîte and bed and breakfast activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work, choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to best receive my guests in this magnificent region.  To preserve the calm and serenity of this exceptional site, the manor is located on the plateau extending Monbazillac, above Bergerac.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village.
