We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is clean and very comfortable. Relaxing sitting on the porch or at the pier listening to the birds and just soaking in nature! My dog loved digging around the ponding finding sticks and my hubby fishing. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathroom has lots of towels and extra blankets. Definitely go to 1st Street Eats, Yester Year Antiques & Collectables in Owensville. Owensville has a quaint historic district. We also found lots of great antique shops in Rosebud. Also, if you never been to Hermann, MO it’s worth the drive. We did the Stone Hill Winery tour and the Museum. Both places were very interesting! Another reason to stay at Oak Post Chase. Enjoy the beautiful relaxing cabin with hiking paths and nearby towns to explore!

This place is AH-mazing and we honestly didn't want to leave. So peaceful, out of the city but still so close to all of the wedding events that we were visiting St. James for. LOVED the area, the quiet and everything about the farm style, eclectic house. I want a make-up table now (even though I don't wear much make-up), and I want some COWS, lol! I only rated getting in lower stars because my husband and I are "old" and unfamiliar with how all the different newish keyless entry locks work and that took us a hot minute to get right. 🤦 #wedumb 😂 If we ever need a place in St. James to stay, this will definitely be our first choice!

Amy is a great host! The home is comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. It is so quiet and peaceful! We also really enjoyed the back deck and the wonderful sounds of nature. There is also a fire pit that already had the wood in it all we had to do was light it up, enjoy and make some s'mores. We traveled in from California and it was a long and tiring day but the home was so comfortable and peaceful we felt relaxed right away. We haven't felt so calm and relaxed in a long time! Thank you again Amy for sharing this beautiful place! I highly recommend staying at Amy's place!!

We had a wonderfully peaceful visit at the cabin! My Son wanted a weekend trip for his birthday and he picked this cabin himself. Everything was as described! He spent hours fishing, didn’t catch anything but there’s always next time. The cabin was warm and comfy and had everything we needed and more ! We plan to go back soon.

Was the most perfect halfway point for our recent move to Chicago! The home was so beautiful and unbelievably cozy and charming. They had snacks for us upon arrival as well as necessities for our pup that stayed with us. One of the best airbnbs I have stayed in!! Has everything you would ever need for a stay in Saint James. Jean was a lovely host. Incredibly responsive from the moment we booked. She got us setup to float and Ryan was wonderful to get us checked in and on the river! Cobblestone is wonderful. We went during the late summer/fall off season. It was quiet and peaceful but the rec room was super fun with ping pong and other table games. Access to the river was also great, just a short hike. The whole property was cute and purposeful. Jean made amenities clear in the listing, so we came appropriately prepared. Also, there’s a nice screened in porch which we’re able to sit in while it rained. A great nature experience, we would absolutely return!

we were not able to check in due to a family issue. Aaron and Brenna were so understanding to our situation and they did refund about half of the fee even though they didn't have to. These are great hosts and I recommend staying in one of their properties. thanks again

We stayed for my husband’s graduation from FLW and the place was truly amazing! It fit 5 adults two children and an infant. It’s only 10 mins from the base. Denise was very responsive and overall a really great house. I would definitely recommend this place for Graduation. It allowed us to spend time with our graduate in peace. Would definitely recommend this place!

The pictures don’t do the Airbnb justice! It is much more beautiful in person. The views are magnificent and the area is so peaceful. The drive to and from the Airbnb has amazing views. Not a far drive from town but far enough to get that getaway vibe. If you are in town for a Ft.Leonard Wood graduation, like we were, this is the perfect spot.

The Belle Cabin was a wonderful retreat into nature. It felt quite secluded but still close to a small town with some stores and a small church. We loved coming here to unwind for a few days while grandma watched the kids. I sat outside and was able to find every type of woodpecker around (except a red headed woodpecker). My husband enjoyed organizing his tackle box and then casting for awhile (unfortunately didn’t catch any fish). Maybe the best part was some of the thoughtful amenities they included like chopped wood, newspaper and a lighter, roasting sticks and the fixings for 4 s’mores (perfect amount for us)! The bathroom had shampoo and soap. This place had everything you need for a weekend away, would recommend.

This house was perfect for us. We visited Missouri to celebrate with our family. We loved cooking together in the kitchen and having fun with our grandchildren. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, the bedding was lovely! I enjoyed sitting in the backyard, very peaceful. Lauren was wonderful. She was helpful and very quick to respond. I look forward to staying again!

We were in town for a family wedding. This space was exactly what we needed. It is peaceful and relaxing.m with a fun game area and. Theater room in the basement. Perfect for family time. While there, a terrible storm and tornado came through. The Coco Brothers were so helpful every step of the way. Because of the storm we had to cut our time short, and they were more than accommodating, due to the circumstances. If you are ever in the Rolla area, consider staying just 3 miles southeast of downtown and experience a great getaway.

Chuck was easy to contact and accommodating for early check in as we arrived to town earlier than expected. This was an extremely clean and cozy place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet making our stay very peaceful and relaxing. Beds are comfortable with clean linen which allowed us a wonderful nights rest. Highly recommend place to stay.

This was our first experience with AirBnB. My husband was skeptical that it would be better than a hotel. He is sold and said to start scouting out another trip. The cozy house in the hill was perfect and the name fits. We loved the cheerful and airy feel. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. We were in town for our son's graduation from FLW and he was able to just relax. We boiled some crawfish and spent time together out on the deck and in the yard. It was fabulous and I highly recommend Sabine and Mike's home away from home.

Great host ! Fast responses if I needed anything. House was beautiful and super clean. Beds were super comfy too (which is a big plus) and had plenty of linens . Stayed with my baby and they had toys for him to play with and streaming services on the tv for some entertainment. If I never needed to come back would definitely stay again.
