Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Small stone cottage, simple and pleasant, in the middle of woods and walnut orchards ideally located in the Périgord Noir.
