Cozy and very private accommodation not overlooked. Very clean and very well equipped. Great for discovering the surrounding villages and enjoying the spa in the evening.

Excellent family stay in the Bugue cottage; the place is perfect for getting together. Excellent communication with Marc, whose many sightseeing tips were much appreciated. Recommended!

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

Such an idyllic stay! The gîte is perfectly located amidst peaceful surroundings, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the French countryside. The garden is enormous, and was a lovely area for our little girl to run around. The pool area is very clean and looks new, located within the grounds , it’s a little walk from the gite but this is great for feeling of privacy. The gite itself is well equipped, clean, spacious and remains cool even when it’s very warm outside. A home away from home. It’s very easy to park outside the front. The local village is very picturesque with restaurants, boulangerie, mini supermarket. It’s a quick drive down, but was too far for us to walk, especially in the heat. Sarah was a fantastic host, was very easy to contact and responsive. Such a wonderful introduction to the Dordogne region for my family and I100% would recommend. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Sarah. Treat yourself to staying at Frédérique’s home. She and Martine did everything they could possibly do to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We loved walking the hills and taking in the incredible views from this beautiful village. The restaurant La Petite Tourelle was a 2 minute walk down and a lovely dining experience. Don’t miss it! Beynac was a great spot from which to visit other quaint small villages by car and also Lascaux IV was a 45 minute drive away. We felt very at home during our stay! Thank you Frédérique and Martine!

A perfect accommodation located in the old town for beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available for guests Thanks again for the little gift for us and also for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped for a perfect stay, we also enjoyed the garden. We recommend the accommodation without a second thought and we will come back without hesitation.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

the apartment is beautiful, the medieval style building delighted me, close to everything, wonderful restaurants nearby, the cathedral opposite is simply beautiful. I would definitely recommend it and will come back someday

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

Our stay in Eric’s house was perfect. Stepping out into the heart of the old town was a wonderful experience every time. The location could not be more central to restaurants shops and bars. We will certainly stay again.

Very clean, very functional accommodation that fully matches the description given. Comfortable accommodation decorated with sobriety and taste. Very nice terrace given the excellent weather we enjoyed. Well-equipped with kitchen utensils. Very convenient cellar for us who had mountain bikes.

A real favorite for this home in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. Charming and spacious cottage with magnificent views (especially at sunset) perfect for a quiet stay. Numerous activities and landmarks in the area nearby. And thank you to Cédric for his very warm welcome and availability.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had an amazing 6 days. We adored the gite and we made friends with the chickens, the cat and a local dog. It’s amazing for children. And yet so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place

Great place to stay - lots of garden around the house to relax in and fabulous pool. Beautiful surroundings and good base for exploring the Dordogne. Tim and Nathalie were great hosts and we enjoyed the buffet on our arrival and the pizzas later in the week.
