The Old Bank - Apartment Two

A lovingly renovated and sun filled apartment in the old bank. Sitting on the top floor of the bank, this apartment allows for stunning panoramic views. Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. Detached house located in the South Charente near Aubeterre Sur Dronne, a tourist village, a short walk to the Dordogne. Crossed by the river "La Dronne", the place is very pleasant and wooded. The accommodation is quiet and functional. It consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside, a terrace and the unfenced lawn await you to relax on deckchairs. Garden furniture and an electric barbecue are at your disposal.

We are both close to amenities but with the feel of being away from it all.
