On one level, our 70m² cottage offers the charm of a Perigord house with all the comforts needed for an ideal holiday (swimming pool, tennis, etc.) In a bucolic setting our cottage ideally accommodates 2 people but can accommodate a small family thanks to a sofa bed.

Nice little studio with a kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave and fridge with everything you need for cooking. A dolce gusto is available to enjoy your coffee as well as a bar table with stools. The bed is built-in to access the sofa during the day. You can watch TV and enjoy Wi-Fi. The bathroom equipped with its shower cabin and toilet, although small, is organized to be as functional as possible.

Situated in the Vezere valley in a tiny beautiful hamlet of 4 houses and about 150 meter from the river the Vezere. Private pool. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides
