Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . Marie was very accommodating - even going out to purchase a pack n play for our granddaughter to sleep in! She was very responsive with any questions we had. We did not have to buy any cleaning supplies or necessities - which was so helpful! We would stay there again, if in that area.

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

Adrienne’s place is clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with waterfall. The beds were VERY comfortable and the house had all that we needed. There’s plenty of parking and the place is easy to find. We also loved playing the arcade games…that was a fun extra touch! We would love to stay again sometime.

The house was a beautiful location to have a barbecue and celebrate my sister 70th birthday. Host met us and gave us a tour and showed us how everything works. It had everything we needed and the space is really great. The river views are just beautiful and we enjoy spending time on the patio . Great restaurants all around. I highly recommend this location.

We booked a last minute stay this weekend and Yuliya was very quick to respond to our needs & messages! The place was beautiful inside & out. As soon as we walked in the place smelled beautifully & was spotless. Despite it being in front of the freeway, we barely noticed the noise & really enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

This was the perfect crash pad while our family of four was in town visiting family. Though the unit is older, it was very clean, kept up, and had everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood would be great for walking had it not been rainy. And it was easy to get wherever we needed to go in Roseville.

Everything was great. On extended work trip. Close to everything. I would recommend to stay here. Hosts were responsive.

I stayed with my family and crew while doing the Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run. The house was right on the course so the location was perfect. It was a beautiful home, exactly as described. Donna was great to work with, very responsive when I had questions and very helpful. I recommend Evolve and the Casa d'Amore highly.

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

We were 3 families staying at Amber+Doug's place for a family gathering in the area. The house was perfect for our needs - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and spaces for adults and kids to sleep. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and common spaces were great for hanging out together. They were also super-responsive and clear communicators, and let us check in early, which was much appreciated. Thank you!!

This home is in a beautiful location with an actual park with pond, walking paths, benches, and wildlife all visible from the private back yard/patio. Additionally, it's an extremely safe, quiet, and in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, table tennis club, cricket field, and grocery (many different culinary/cultural choices). The home is very nicely sized with room for a large family. Sofa is comfy, fridge was clean, many kitchen amenities, lots of pillows and extra blankets, and the artwork is next level.
