The location is so peaceful. Beautiful setting, and the only sounds were nature (there was a time- and vocally-challenged rooster nearby which served as a 3 AM wake up call but it eventually quieted down). We walked to coffee shops and restaurants as well as down to the American River. Great price and exactly as pictured.

I was in the area visiting for a family members celebration of life event. The grounds at this cottage was lush and welcoming. It was very quiet with the sounds of nature heard from the bedrooms opened window. I was there for a short stay and everything I needed was at the reidence. The residence was clean and clutter free. The host reached out shortly after my arrival to ensure everything meet my needs and standards. I could not ask for a better place to spend the few days I was there. The location was close to my family, stores and restaurants. I wish I could have spent a few more day enjoying the relaxing setting. Hope to be back again soon.

This place is absolutely amazing! 100/10! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The pets, cat/dogs and horses were also very friendly. Breath taking sunset and privacy. My husband and I had a blast and felt so much at home that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely revisit! So so happy we found this place.

Elena’s place was wonderful. Incredibly well appointed and lovely. She has thought of anything a guest might want or need. We will absolutely be back when we come to visit friends in Sacramento.

Excellent Guest Suite to stay in! Had a quaint and romantic feel, and was immaculate. Also she left out wine and chocolate for us, which I felt was a very nice elegant touch! 10/10 would stay here again

Stacey and Ravi’s place is ‘THE BEST’ Airbnb!! Returning for a fourth stay, it is always a pleasant surprise after opening the gate and entering the “Flower Bed” to find more surprises than the last visit. Always squeaky clean, inviting and comfortable. Plenty to do around Auburn or venturing out to other near by towns. Comfy lounge chairs, shade canopy’s and umbrella let you enjoy the outdoors. As their place is nestled up in the hills, it is also cooler with a nice breeze. I love staying here and always look forward to returning. Impeccable service and the kindest hosts a guest can ask!❤️

Erica was such a wonderful host! We felt as if a friend was taking care of us. She was super responsive and checked in on us during our stay, accommodated us with supplies for activities, breakfast & we purchased an add on pizza basket which was so awesome and tasty!!! Can’t say enough good things. This place is like a slice of heaven and all the detailed touches that Erica made was everything, from the record player, to music choices, games and books. We felt like we were in our own little romance film! :) lol. Erica is great. The place is beautiful. Definitely coming back!

I recently stayed at this charming guesthouse in Loomis and had an exceptional experience. The house was clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail in cleanliness made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with the host was seamless. They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making the check-in and check-out processes effortless. Their responsiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced my stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to downtown Loomis. Being so close to local shops and restaurants made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Overall, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful place to stay in Loomis.

Ivy’s cottage was perfect for our group of three (a single and a couple). Super cozy and comfy beds, perfectly spacious for us, cute little balcony, and quiet. It was walkable to areas of town (if you’re ok with a few hills) and also still on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was gorgeous, private, peaceful, and safe. I was so comfortable that I wanted to stay longer. I will always try to stay here when I’m back in Sacramento. Linda and Rich were excellent hosts, and I wish more people were like them. They have thought of everything! And they were very accommodating to me. Truly, it was a spectacular experience all around.

We stayed in Victors cabana for a few weeks. It really was a slice of paradise for my husband, my dogs and I. We’ll definitely be back around soon! Thanks so much for your hospitality Victor!

Such a nice place to spend a week while our son played soccer. It was in the country but 10 minutes from everywhere we went in Davis. It was like a cute hobbit house on amazingly landscaped grounds. Note that if you have more than two people in the house there’s not great seating by the tv. Just two chairs so there’s not space to lounge. There are no screens in the windows so if you open windows bugs will come join you. And lastly it says a “small fridge” but I thought “smaller”… it is a mini fridge so if you’re planning on storing proper food and cooking dinner there, be aware it will be difficult. Otherwise it was a very convenient and comfortable stay!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this amazing space. The location is outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, trails, and history museums. Each day offered new opportunities to engage with the local vibes and natural beauty, while the nearby lake provided a serene setting to swim and meditate with my golden retriever. The home itself was immaculate and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and charm. Mornings there were particularly special—spent reading beneath a sunny canopy of flowering trees, accompanied by the gentle sounds of birds. Was that a peacock? It was a truly tranquil and restorative experience. I am grateful for this thoughtful and well-maintained space. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat near Lake Natoma/Folsom. :)

Had a great experience staying at Arthur’s place. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Arthur was friendly, responsive, and respectful of my privacy. The location was convenient, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. I would recommend this place to other guests and would be happy to stay here again.

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s beautiful pool house! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space was immaculate—bright, peaceful, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and shower, the cozy bed and couch, and the big screen TV for relaxing in the evening. The neighborhood was just as lovely—quiet, welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. Jennifer was an exceptional host, responding to our texts and emails promptly and making sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at! They are so thoughtful with the toothbrushes, and the snacks, there Airbnb is immaculate. The decor is amazing, they have a cute little burner stove, and all the dishes you would need,beautifully placed towels, beautiful, sliding door, and mirror in the bathroom, beautiful, lighting, just gorgeous cozy place to stay, thank you for your thoughtfulness!

The cottage is delightful! It has a cozy welcoming vibe, the bed is very comfortable with quality linens. Everyteas immaculate. Faye has given lot of attention to providing everything you may need, and although honoring my privacy, she was always available if I needed anything. My favorite part of staying at Faye's was the cottage garden, a private, secluded sanctuary. I will definitely stay here again.
