Home was perfect for my small family with kiddos. Safe, clean and relaxing. Made use of the BBQ and the well stocked kitchen every night. Home was as advertised and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would book with this host again.

Such a wonderful 2 bedroom with 2 bath to stay while our remodeling. We ended up staying at Teya's place for 2 whole months and it did feel like second home to us. Thank you

Prior to check in all the way through check out, Christian was an extremely communicative host. I really appreciate that there were very clear instructions for everything. Some of us were flying in from out of state and Christian was very accommodating with an early check in. This place is huge and spaciously laid out. We hosted dinner for 12 people multiple nights and with so much space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our group spent a ton of time outside-enjoying the relaxing pool and lounging area. The property is maintained and beautiful. We had 3 kids with us who were obsessed with this house! Christian has so much for the kids to do that they never got bored. Seriously - between the cinema room upstairs, pool, water slide, sports outside, foosball, there was never a dull moment which is really saying something for kids! I’d stay here again when I’m in town in a heartbeat. Thank you Christian and your family for the wonderful stay, we sincerely appreciate it

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. Thank you to our host, Marwa, for providing such with a fantastic experience!

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Sandy's house is clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. A group of 4 of us had the house for 5 nights while attending a conference at UC Davis. The house was conveniently located (2 miles / 10 minute drive) and our check-in / check-out process was smooth. Sandy was so flexible about the check-in and check-out times as well, which made our trip all the more manageable. Leading up to our stay and throughout the visit, Sandy was always available and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent option for a family/group wanting to stay together and possibly have a few people over for small gatherings. We booked this house because my family wanted to stay together while we were in town for a funeral. It was perfectly located for where we wanted to be. We found the house and yard to actually be bigger than it appears in the pictures! We accidentally missed the note that the pool isn't heated, but we were okay with that because the days were warm enough to take a few cooling dips! The area is very close to the highway, but also very peaceful and quiet and we were able to spot the turkeys and the peacock that live in the neighborhood. It was nice to have two full baths available for the size of our group. We also took advantage of having washer and dryer available. The only negative that we found was that there was one bed that nobody was able to sleep in because it was very uncomfortable. We were able to overcome that issue by having one person sleep on the couch.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

We were very lucky to find the corner cottage. It was a spectacular house and very cozy. It was close to the UC Davis Medical Center and close to our family we were visiting. It was nice to just sit on the porch and enjoy the folks passing by. The cottage has lovely landscaping and we appreciated the big trees, flowers and bushes. The kitchen was also well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals. We were close by excellent restaurants, shops, the farmer market. The corner cottage had everything we needed. Did I mention the comfortable mattresses, comforters and pillows. My husband and I felt like we were home. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We will be back!

We have now stayed at Tina’s the last 4 years. When something is that nice of an experience and comfy you keep coming back. We appreciate how she communicates and if there is anything that needs attention it is taken care of immediately. We will be coming back!

Matthew's home was, hands down, the best Airbnb experience we've had. The space is generously appointed and very well maintained. Matthew was very responsive and left us a thoughtful note along with a comprehensive guide on the home. Our group was in town for a wedding and having such a nice space, nestled in the park, to spend our time really elevated the overall quality of our visit. This is a home people actually live in and clearly care for which feels rare with Airbnb these days. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at Patty’s place. Our kids felt comfortable and loved that there were some legos to play with as well. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, and Patty was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful place to stay, centrally located in a quiet Ione neighborhood. The home is spacious, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and feels incredibly comfortable. The backyard is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The host was welcoming, and easy to reach via the app. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Amador County!

Fantastic location, lovely neighborhood, and great accommodations

This apartment was exceptional in every way. It was beautifully decorated with charming artistic features. The sofa was very comfortable, and so was the bed. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown Auburn, with an abundance of good restaurants. Carol was great with communication, and she was so thoughtful in providing coffee, cookies, and snack bars. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again.

Paula’s place is great! It’s really nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The serene landscape, farm animals, and sweet antique decor make it feel like an escape to grandmas house! Complete with a sweet snack upon arrival.

This country cottage is centrally located in a peaceful location at the end of a private road. With access to the wine and ale trail as well as the venue for concerts and a farmers market down the road, there was lots to do. We loved the creek and welcoming touches the hosts provided and appreciated their friendly and prompt communication as well as accommodating an earlier check in for us. My family of five, had a long term stay while our house needed significant repairs. The property was clean and felt like home away from home.
