House vacation rentals in Sabuk-myeon

The host is so kind ~ A big family of 15 people went! The kids were happy, and it was a really good trip. I wanted to use the second floor terrace because it was so nice, but it was a shame that I couldn't use it because it was raining too much. You can grill meat right in front of you, The room was so warm that I turned on the air conditioner. The air conditioning works great on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. ~ I'll go again in the summer. ~

We stayed on Christmas Eve and he also provided us with a fire pit and a small sweet potato. Thank you to the host for allowing us to make good memories with your loved ones.

I went with my mom for her birthday and my family, and everyone was satisfied. At first, I was embarrassed because the first floor and the second and third floors were separated. Cogo was separated from the men, so it was quiet and nice~ There were plenty of dishes~ The kids had plenty of fun with board games, books, and other activities, so there was no time to get bored~ I had a good time

We really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Bella! A few days before, we received not only the codes to get inside but distinct pictures of the area to help guide us to the home. They were really helpful and much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host’s mom who showed us all the amenities so we wouldn’t need to search through every drawer and cabinet. She was so sweet, especially with the kids! There were extra towels (big plus) and surprisingly absorbent. We really like that there were 2 separate toilets! The home was clean and tidy. Flooring was not flat but it wasn’t an issue. However, it may not be good for someone with mobility issues because of the narrow doorways and steps. Otherwise, the home was quaint and cozy - my kids loved it there! The area was amazing because it was quiet AND less than 10 minute walk to Seoul Station. The distance was super convenient because we were tired every single day. We enjoyed our stay. We would be open to staying here again!

It was nice that it was comfortable and quiet like home. I felt that the host was thoughtfully considering everything from the entrance to the small items in the house.

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

I was able to spend the holiday with my family. I enjoyed the welcome wine and snacks. ^^ My parents also said they'd like to come again if they come to Chuncheon next time.

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

The location was good, and all the amenities were close by, so it was great to stay for a day. The city view is also good!

The hosts were so extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay! From check in instructions, recommendations, to even sending us Korean snacks and some absolutely delicious Banana and Strawberry milk, we were very well taken care of. They were also very patient and accommodating to my requests — travelling with family and balancing their needs while ensuring a pleasant stay is not easy but Chloe and Camila made it bearable 💛 The house is a little older, so expect a slightly cold bathroom during the winter/early spring months, but it wasn’t too bad to me. The interior is warm, cosy, and light, and it looks exactly like the pictures. My only point of inconvenience was the topography of the location. It is fairly hilly and steep in most places. Bus is your best bet for transportation, which is not always easy with luggage, but can be worked around. Taxis do okay, but some of them can struggle with the narrow roads and steep roads. Overall good value for the stay!

Our stay was enjoyable - kids and pet dog enjoyed the most as the yard/gaden is amazing to run around and play! The home had some cleanliness issues but not major. The comfort and amenities inside the house were pretty good. the property structure is showing some age on the exterior(vs the pictures shown) but satisfied most other promised attributes. some unpromised supplies - like umbrellas, wipes ,stationery etc were provided in the house and they came in handy. The location is excellent - just off the main road and 5 min walking distance to a river bed .

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was spacious, quiet and clean with a lot of extra amenities such as biscuits and noodles, first aid supplies and umbrellas. It is very close to public transport which made it super easy to get around, and many lovely cafes and convenience stores/laundromat within a 2 minute walk. Mina the host was very helpful and considerate, giving great recommendations of places to eat and nearby attractions. I will stay here again when I return to Seoul.

Hongdae Subway Exit 4 has an elevator, No. 7 is an escalator, all can be reached, the road map is quite clear, it is not difficult to find, the host communication response is very timely, the room is also tidy, the value is very good, ps: The only disadvantage is the hill road at the beginning, it is a difficult thing to climb the luggage for women with less physical strength to climb,😂)

Sujis place was exactly as listed, we were given a tour when we checked in and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I’d recommend anyone stay here! It’s so close to the national park and the neighborhood is very walkable.

Everything was fine. The description and photos correspond to reality. They prepared a lighter for the barbecue and a gas burner. It was only necessary to buy coal. Convenient! Otherwise, everything is fine. We booked for 1 night.

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good, close to the subway station, close to Hongdae business district, there is a convenience store and coffee shop at the door. The room is clean and tidy and a conversion plug is also provided ~ Enjoyable stay. I will choose this place again next time I come to Korea.❤️

This place was great. The only thing wrong with it is the steepness of the hill to get to it. It is at least equivalent to climbing ten floors. I suggest lots of Ubers since it is crazy cheap to take a taxi.

David was a very responsive host and everything you would ask for when booking an Airbnb -- listing was as described with clear / functional wifi and all amenities. The home is in a good location (approximately 10 minute walk to the Hongdae station, which connects directly without transfer by subway to both Incheon and Gimpo airports) and it is easy to get around Seoul to explore while having things to do and great places to eat nearby. That is all that we can usually ask for as a more budget-friendly traveler! The Airbnb apartment is located with a few steps up on the 1.5 floor of the building with two other apartments on the same floor, and you can generally hear when others enter or leave their rooms but cannot hear them when they are inside their own apartments.
