Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

We were 2 people, but it's a great place to stay with a family of 4 or friends. I loved the view of Tongchang Mountain/valley from the living room. I thought it would have been better to look down at the valley since it was on the second floor. I thought about it. I could hear the sound of the valley stream faintly, so I felt like I was in nature even in the living room, and I could smoke on the terrace connected to the living room, so it was nice to feel comfortable without having to go outside! The accommodation was very clean, soundproofed, and equipped with cooking utensils, induction, and a gas burner, so it was a good environment for cooking. I want to visit again with my family next time!

It was close to Yangpyeong Ahsin Station, so I departed with the intention of taking a stroll. As soon as I arrived, the refreshing spring breeze was so good, and the outdoor barbecue in the yard was a great place to laugh and chat with good people and enjoy the taste of meat!!! Thanks to the owner who was considerate of any inconvenience in the clean and beautifully decorated interior, I slept so comfortably. And the next day, there was a river right next to it, so it was a great time to take a walk along the river. Also, the coffee and bread from the nearby Subway that the owner recommended were very delicious. Thanks to the owner who looked at it carefully, I was able to properly heal. I would recommend it to others. Thank you.~^^

It's by far the best! Before check-in: The host's clear communication was really nice. At the same time, I was grateful for the kindness. It was also nice that you always responded quickly to inquiries. It snowed, and he did a thorough job of clearing the snow beforehand. After check-in: From the indoor and outdoor yard to the natural landscape, it was perfect without any flaws. The interior was full of European-style decor and wood scent, and it was simple yet equipped with everything you needed. I couldn't use the yard because of the heavy snow, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as nice as being in Switzerland or Hokkaido. What was particularly impressive was that there was a fireplace where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After check-in: Likewise, he shoveled the snow and we were able to go back safely. And we left a baby boy's coat, and we were especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's easy to find this kind of nature and quality facilities in Korea (in the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. (You can use the pool then ^ ^) Thank you, host, and have a year full of laughter and health.

Jenna was absolutely fantastic and the Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for! Our group had such a great time! The place is in such a great location and every bedroom has its own bathroom! With the kind guidance and consideration of the owner I had a great stay for 1 night and 2 days. The accommodation was clean, and they prepared utensils and food really well. There weren't any inconveniences Everything was generous. They even gave me a seafood wave as a service I really enjoyed it. I ate Dongtaetang for breakfast on the same day. The workmanship was great. The garden was beautiful and peaceful. I had a really comfortable stay with my acquaintances as an independent space. I definitely want to go back. It was an accommodation. I had a fantastic stay at the Penthouse. The fridge was stocked with refreshing beverages, and sweet treats appeared throughout my stay—such a lovely touch to make me feel welcome! 🙏🏼😃 KJ is incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. The home is cozy (especially with the addition of the Christas tree for the holidays 🎄) and perfectly located. Many lovely restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance.
