This is a space where 4-7 people of family and friends can relax comfortably by remodeling the old hanok with convenience. Every morning, you can wake up to all kinds of birdsong, and on a clear day, you can see the pouring starlight. It is a place where fireflies, yellow larks, and otters that can only be seen in pure nature live together. The owner of the house lives right next to the accommodation and responds immediately to the guest's requests. In particular, we provide high-quality coffee beans, espresso machines, and various seasonings free of charge, and are fully equipped with dishwashers, refrigerators, water purifiers, beam projectors, and washing machines. You can enjoy a cypress bathtub, sauna (except summer), and a barbecue deck, a large lawn of about 100 pyeong, swings, a ball pit, and a gourd. Within a 5-minute walk, there are marts, pharmacies, cafes, etc. It will be a space where you can rest quietly while feeling the sea breeze of the Namhangjin sea and the pine breeze of Woltaisan. *Free parking is available on the fence line in front of the building, and you must use the stairs in the building. *Guest spaces and precautions Only simple cooking is allowed in the prepared kitchen space, and meat and fish cooking (including barbecue) is not allowed. Seasonings are not provided. You can separate food and general garbage in a plastic bag on the sink shelf and leave it in front of the entrance. At our Uphill House, all the floors are tiled, so you can easily slip even with a small amount of moisture. Please be especially careful for your safety.

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
