We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. Great studio apartment and location just off the city centre, great for people who want to be able to get around easily and have quick access to restaurants and malls. Reem beach walk is also a 5 minute walk away and is a nice place to relax that is a little less busy than city locations. Amenities in the tower are also good with a gym and pool that has a great view. Apartment was very clean and spacious for a studio and the host was great - would recommend.

Absolutely the best Airbnb we stayed at in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi! The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—everything felt even better than the photos. We booked very late at night, and the host went above and beyond to help us get settled in quickly. He was extremely responsive and accommodating, no matter the hour. The check-in and check-out process was by far the easiest and smoothest we've ever experienced. Another huge plus—it’s only 5 minutes away from Ferrari World, which has some of the most exciting activities and a great selection of restaurants. The location made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the UAE—it truly stands out!

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

Spacious and modern apartment in a great location. Kareem was very responsive whenever I had any questions, and it provided all the amenities I needed. Please not that you need to be able to call a UAE cell phone in order to open the front gate, so make sure you have a cell phone which allows you to call local numbers.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Gary and Sush were outstanding hosts, and their property was immaculate—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The view overlooking Yas Links golf course is stunning, and the sunsets from the balcony are truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Yas Island to stay with them again.

I really enjoyed my stay it was just like the pictures and the area was nice and quiet and very close to all the parks.
