Our flat is bright & cosy & consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, lounge & kitchen & is within walking distance of the city centre, Norwich City Football Club, Aviva, The Waterfront & the bus & train stations. Our flat is above our pub The Rose. Access is separate to our pub which serves ales (CAMRA GBG 2019/20/21), craft beers, & pizzas. Our pub is not rowdy or open late! Street parking is limited until 6.30pm, there are several carparks nearby or you can park at Sainsbury's using JustPark

A light and airy semi-basement apartment in the owner's house with its own entrance and completely separate from the main house. There are two double beds (1 is a platform bed) sleeping up to 4 people. There is a key safe for convenient self check-in. Situated in the heart of Norwich's leafy Golden Triangle, close to various local shops, pubs, bars, parks and restaurants. Only 10-15 mins walk from the city centre and convenient for the Uni or sightseeing. There is off-street parking for 1 car.
