Cute Cozy Clean Canal Getaway Fishing, Birds 3B/2B

Our Airbnb is the perfect place to relax. It’s a great space to read, play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach, Nokomis, or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

Newly remodel with our updated photos - Our home is in a small quiet neighborhood and completely ready for your vacation, extended stay, or work away from home. We are located on a canal with a dock with quick access to Charlotte Harbor, the Peace River, and intracoastal waterway via boat. There are many local restaurants, activities, and fun things to do. Watch the sunset from your dock or take a 5 minute car ride to Punta Gorda to watch from numerous local restaurants on the water.

Elegant heated pool canal home in very quiet area.

Great location! Bring your dog, bring your boat and enjoy the Florida sun in your heated saltwater swimming pool. Fish off your private dock while watching for dolphins or manatee. You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.
