It is at the end of the backyard of the main house, being totally separate and independent. For the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest, it has a bedroom, bathroom and MINI kitchen for small and quick preparations. Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

Inside the residence is a garage that holds a maximum number of 3 cars, depending on the size. But you can park outside safely without the risk of assault.
