This was possibly THE best airBNB I’ve ever stayed. Ms Donna is absolutely an amazing person, beautiful inside and out!! She made our stay so pleasant from start to finish. It’s decorated to a T and a beautiful view.. I would give this place 10 stars. I’ll definitely go back.

John and Donna's place was awesome and was perfect for the 4 of us. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living area provided great views of the nearby lake! We would definitely consider their home again when we return to the area!

Donna was an absolute joy. The cabin is super cute, with a beautiful view. We needed a last minute place to crash and booked just three hours before we got there. The ease of communication was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the neighborhood.

Great view. Excellent location. Donna was very friendly and responsive to messages. Away from it all, but a short drive to downtown Hernando or Tunica Casinos!. Suggest trying Underground Cafe - amazing jambalaya (think seafood pasta).

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were amazing and our hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The house is charming and was beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited.

Perfect getaway, wonderful location, beautiful house!

This is a historic property not too far from Memphis, TN. It's located in a very nice little Mississippi town. We spent our days in Memphis and our evenings at Tom's place. Very relaxing southern atmosphere. The breakfast was multi course and fabulous, as was the evening desert. Tom and his wife are extremely nice, helpful folks that love to share their knowledge of the area! Great experience!!

Deer Run was such a delight! We stayed the month of December, and really enjoyed our Christmas in the cottage. You will be surrounded by the beauty of nature. Watching the deer play was amazing. You will find everything you will need during your stay. Ruth is an excellent hostess!

This place is perfect for a short or long getaway. Ruth is a great hostess and will accommodate in any way possible. You will have everything you need on hand. Quiet atmosphere with lovely views. I strongly recommend staying here.

Deer run was better than I expected very clean and comfortable

Ruth’s place is right out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Long driveway lined with pine trees, a cottage tucked in the woods with beautiful wooded views. Quiet and very comfortable. Great value.

I imagine I had a very different experience than most of the guests of this adorable space. I was simply passing through on the last leg of a long road trip. I really lucked out to have found such a quiet, secluded and beautiful place to recharge. Best wishes to all who pass through!

Location, location, location! 20 mins from Memphis, just off the interstate and acreage with walking paths to boot! We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The cabin is cozy and has almost everything you may need. Sanitobia is close enough to make a run and get whatever you don't. Plenty of amenities. We brought our dog and really enjoyed the pet friendly atmosphere. Aaron had quick responses to text messages and was friendly and courteous in person. He runs a tight ship and makes you feel safe and at home. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Aaron was great. We had an issue with another Airbnb, I contacted Aaron and let us check in early to get out of the other place asap. We have dogs that he more than welcomed. The acreage was beautiful and we even caught a few fish in his pond. I cant say enough good things about this place.

I had a last minute change of plans and needed a place to stay even though we wouldn't arrive till after 11PM. Aaron quickly responded to my questions and turned the lights and the heating on for us. The cabin was cozy, well lit, well furbished, and had a beutiful bathroom. I wish I could have stayed longer than the night given all the ammenities on the property. I had a great stay and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet place to get away.

We really enjoyed our stay in LaDina’s beautiful home. The room was large with an electric fireplace, a large 3D TV and a queen size bed that was beautiful, and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels. LaDina was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend her home if you are in the area and need a worry free, clean and pleasant place to stay for the night or several nights.

Linda’s place was much above our expectations! The sweetest family, a great space, great food, thoughtful touches. Exceedingly above what I was expecting. You can’t beat the price for all that Linda offers.

We are traveling via AirBnB a lot and Linda was by far the most attentive host. Breakfast was outstanding and to top it off she had gifts for my 2 year old toddler, which was really touching to me. Lovely residence and safe area. Would always stay at Linda’s again.

It a private spacious room in a beautiful house and David is a great host who goes out of his way to accommodate your schedule and needs. Absolutely enjoyed my stay.

The location was convenient to restaurants, markets and an outlet mall. The room and en-suite bathroom were immaculate. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There is a huge screen tv with cable and steaming services included. The hosts were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

From booking to arriving everything was awesome! Going out their way to make sure we could book to turning on the lights making sure everything was cozy prior to arriving. This place was so spacious! Very open and very clean! It has a washing machine and dryer which is so nice when you have to stay more than a month. Very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to gas stations, food, and grocery stores. I have no complaints from my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice accommodations with privacy despite sharing a same house. The beds were super comfortable and house kept very clean. Loved having the separate living room space outside of the bedrooms to hang out. They were very sweet and even offered our kids donuts for breakfast.

Traci and her husband were excellent hosts. Met some family hat was there when we arrived and their wonderful dog. As soon as I arrived I was shown the beautiful space I would be staying in upstairs and was recommended many places to visit. All the rooms were very tidy and clean. Shower was amazing, our own space for tv time was great and overall the beds were very comfortable. Traci was very easy to reach and quick to respond. My son and I felt very safe and comfortable overall in this beautiful neighborhood and would recommend 100 percent. If I am ever in the area I wouldn’t mind staying here again Thank you again Traci

Dr. Adm was kind enough to let my partner and I stay with less than 24-hours notice. That said, you get what you pay for. We're on a budget, so this AirBnb was equivalent to staying at a motel price-wise and in terms of cleanliness. The space was spacious and pretty tidy, but it was evident that either the neighbors or previous tenants had smoked cigs in the space. The bathroom was very tidy and had amenities, though, which was really nice. The two beds were also great (could use additional blankets or pillows) – this would be ideal for a group of travelers on a strict budget. The place is nothing fancy and could certainly benefit from a sofa, rug, and art. It is pretty bare-bones. The television was a nice size and the Netflix account was appreciated. Overall, it felt a little sterile and had a funky smell. Dr. Adm was communicative about the potential smell and let us know we could cancel should it be too intense (we opted to stay) and was kind enough to let us stay on short notice and for a great deal, hence the 5-star review.

My stay was amazing! Very fast responses plus he let me check in early. The place was very clean and neat. The apartment has the perfect amount of dishes and he also left bathroom necessities just in case. I had a great experience!

Great value for the road-weary traveler! I was stopping in Memphis as a part of a longer journey home, and this apartment was tidy, minimalist, and perfect for my needs. My cat was traveling with, and there would have been plenty of space for both of us, had he insisted on his own bedroom and bathroom. Wifi and streaming media met my entertainment needs, and being close to but outside of the city was perfect for getting a quick start the next day.

Great communication, location, and stay!

My boyfriend and I used this place as a crash pad while we were in town for a concert. It was so cute and retro inside, very clean, and had everything we could need. We loved that she had menus of close by places to eat and some suggestions for activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value for a sweet 2 bedroom home. Cute touches such as the coffee bar and seating area. Beds were comfortable and it was pretty quiet at night. Although neighborhood seemed a bit questionable,we did not have any issues.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at Amanda’s place. However, the communication was perfect and I know had I chosen to stay it would’ve been good. And no… I did not receive a refund for my reservation. This review is just an unbiased opinion of the communication aspect of renting from Amanda.

We were passing through Memphis on our way to New Orleans and we needed a place to stay for the night to rest. The location was great for that as it was not too far out of the way and there were a few pretty decent breakfast options on our way out the next morning. The house itself was very clean and comfy and served us great! There was construction across the street and it was a bit loud but once you get in the house you’re able to tune it out. We stayed for just one night but if I’m ever back in Memphis for longer I’d def choose this spot.

Great place at an awesome price! Would stay again

This is the most adorable house and enjoyed our 4 day stay so much. We are so happy we cancelled our hotel reservations and opted to go with Amanda’s house. It’s small and quaint. Perfect for my husband and myself. Also room for 2 other guest. House was extremely clean and we loved the java room. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend. Location was short distance to Beale Street and also to Elvis Presley Blvd.

What a cozy space for my familly to gather over Christmas. There was sofa and table seating for everyone, as well as space to step away from family with three bedrooms each with a tv. There was one moment the day after Christmas when every tv was going cause we all needed a moment apart. That's family, right! But, what was great was that the house gave us space enough to be together and apart very well. And, it was so clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I would certainly stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Kimberlin Farms. Everyone was so friendly. We loved all the animals. They seemed to welcome us to their home. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Catherine was great even though we met for only a brief moment. Not many host would have accommodated my late (5:00 am) check in, much less get out of bed to greet me. The bed was very comfy, the temperature was perfect, and I had no problem falling asleep. And the bath towels were awesome. I ordered several sets before I ever left her house! Thank you Catherine for opening your house up to me. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location close to the arena, shopping, and great food! Spacious and very clean. We had everything we need to prepare meals.

Large, open rooms. Great kitchen and laundry with all that one needs to conduct a household. 2-car garage, nice backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood. And TVs with wifi. Prompt communication from charming hosts.

Very nice design. And good floor plan. Feels like home when we walk in. Would love to rent again.

We were heading further south for a few weeks and needed a stopover to break up our travels. Our dog was traveling with us, so having a dog friendly location was important as well. Darren was an outstanding host; made us great coffee, breakfast, and we sat and shared all kinds of stories...well past our check-out time, we were having so much fun. The fenced back yard was great for the dog, and it was a nice neighborhood to take her for walks as well. The bed was super comfy and we loved the music themed decor. Thanks Darren, you really went above and beyond and we had a great time at your place!

We had a good experience at Darren's place. We were road tripping with our dog and needed a comfy place to stay the night. His home is located in a neighborhood. It is close to a lot of different restaurants and stores. He was very quick to respond to all our messages. He was very kind and hospitable. We would definitely consider staying again.

They were a great host and house was clean. Great place if you need to get a full night rest since the neighborhood is quiet. My dogs loved the backyard and was nice having them play for a while before the hitting the road again. Loved the recliner seat and the bathroom was well stocked. The pillows were one of the comfiest that I’ve laid my head on. Would stay here again! Thank you so much!

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and we loved it. Traveling with pets across several states can be interesting. When we got to the property it had a huge backyard so the dogs could run and stretch their legs. Amanda was nice enough to have some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for the guests. It was so nice to have the entire house to relax and get some rest before our next leg of the drive. I think my husband is sold on this way of staying from now on.

This place was wonderful! Affordable and stylish! Myself and my pups loved it. My pups thoroughly enjoyed the fenced in yard after the long drive!

Great place!

Down here for work in Southaven, easy commute to where I needed to go. Neighborhood may look a little rough but had no problems and was very quiet place to stay. Cookout right around the corner, definitely recommend the cookout style burger!

The house was great, the area was not to far from everything, and it had everything we needed on our stay.

Beautiful place. Quick, easy access to Beale Street. We memorized the way after our first run down there. Highly recommend!

Great spot to get away and live the lake life

This home was awesome. It was very cute and spacious! Lisa’s description was very detailed which I appreciated. The location was awesome, off the grid. We stayed because we went to a concert in Memphis. It was super easy to get there and back. The price was unreal. We will definitely come back. On top of it all I was able to bring my dog. The cabin was ‘our space’ we had no problems finding the place, getting in and overall. I enjoyed the games, Roku, and coffee maker. The time was spent mostly out in Tennessee, but when we were at the cabin we relaxed. You’ll find like the reviews mentioned and Lisa too, it’s being fixed up so it’s in the process! Nothing was in our way, the set up was awesome. Our first Airbnb experience I can’t wait to do it again!

Spent a night here at Melody Ranch. The place is comfortable, looks just like the pictures and smells clean. VidaLee was friendly and nicely conversational. The two cats are friendly too. And it was so-very-nice to wake up earliest and find a coffee pot ready to be turned on for a great cup-o-joe. We loved staying here! The location is perfect. Super close to Graceland and a lot of fun places to hang out. Our room and bathroom were super clean. Our host knew all of the best local places and was really knowledgeable about Memphis. Can’t wait to book again for our next trip.

A good place to stay

I was taken well care of. I was the only guest so I got upgraded to the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The internet worked well, the heater was on, the water was hot, and the room was clean. I made myself some coffee the next morning without difficulty. Althea was a very kind and thoughtful host.

Althea is very hospitable and thoughtful! Her place is a great budget option that’s close by to the airport. I stayed there for 1 night before my flight back home and it was exactly what I needed. The Uber to the airport was very cheap, too! Thanks Althea!

Terry’s place was super clean and bigger than expected. Confortable bed and great amenities, like breakfast food, sodas and coffee. Their boxer is a great playful dog!

My boyfriend and I were on a roadtrip from Boston to Austin, so we only stayed one night at Terry’s. But we requested to book very last minute and she got back to us immediately. It was extremely clean and the bed was huge and comfy (just what we needed) and she had a car port in the back of the house for our use which was also just what we needed since my corolla was packed to the brim with all of my belongings. Not to mention, the neighborhood is beautiful and feels really safe. If you have more time she has even more access to the suite that we didnt utilize like a spacious living room, kitchenette, and another half bathroom :) i would definitely recommend this place!
