There you will find well-known restaurants, book stores, boutiques, and more. If you plan on visiting campus for a game, concert, parents weekend, graduation, etc. you will find a walking path within 200 yards of the driveway that will lead you right to it. New guest suite completed March 2025 in the heart of the Oxford historic district. Calming, peaceful, Spanish revival vibe. A half mile walk to the Square and 1 mile walk to Ole Miss campus and athletic events. Guest suite is attached to the main house (separated by an interior breezeway), separate exit and entrance is down a walkway on the left side of the home with keypad entry/exit. Stackable washer and dryer as well as microwave, drink fridge, and Nespresso coffee maker.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located place. This quiet neighborhood is located 1/3 mile from the Grove and about a mile from downtown Oxford. The unit itself is self-contained and can host 4 adults. This one bedroom has a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a nice private deck off of the bedroom for a peaceful setting. It shares the same front porch as the main house and has two parking spots. No Smoking and no pets.
