Our roomy 2 bedroom Condo is located 1.4 miles from Ole Miss on Old Taylor Rd at Fleur de Lis. Both bedrooms have a King size bed with a new Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress and new 55 inch Smart TV. Each bedroom has a private, full bath and walk in closet. The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & 3 island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

106 Windstone: A Hidden Gem!

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Continental breakfast provided, as well.

The community is set off the street in a wooded area, so when you are at the condo you can escape the vibrancy of the square. Easy game day transportation options. Walk up a block to get to the double decker stop and ride the grove for free from 10a.m. to 3p.m., or take the Oxford University Transit (OUT) bus from the square for only a $1 to the union from 8a.m. to 9p.m.
