The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & register your pet if your bringing it with, there IS A PET FEE. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest.

A cozy 3 bedroom cottage in the historic community of Kerrville, Tennessee. Situated on 5 acres with plenty of room to roam. Newly renovated, fully furnished. There is a pond, old barn, a few barn cats and chickens roaming the property. The property is gated and very quiet.
