Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

We usually stay in a hotel when we visit our son in Nottingham- but not anymore now I’ve discovered Rob and Jo’s place- slept so well and am usually a really light sleeper so that was a real plus. The garden house was spotless and lovely and warm despite it being below freezing outside. Rob and Jo are lovely people who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast bits were an extra treat- all so calm and quiet. Will definitely be back and would recommend 100%. Thank you so much!!

Loved the Grannex. it was perfect for us and our dogs. great enclosed space for them to mooch about and have a good sniff. It had everything you could need for a short term stay, all neatly stored. Comfy beds and furniture and lovely walk on shower space/ wet room. Kirsten was a great host, great comms leading up to the stay and super helpful whilst we were there with some handy local tips and stuff. The Grannex is a peaceful space at the rear of the owners house, whilst it is ideally located for driving in, there was very little noise from the local roads. Would definitely stay again when visiting Nottitngham. Thanks Kirsten.

I don’t think there’s enough words to describe this Airbnb experience in the English dictionary. It was more than perfect it was faultless flawless and genuinely home away from home. Everything was so organised and well provided. I cannot even think of one thing that was not included In the room even if I tried. All amenities, cutlery, iron, ac, heater, card games, books and so on and that you can imagine having at home was there. Marcia herself was the most kindest and helpful host I’ve come across. So sweet and responsive ! We briefly mentioned we’ll be coming in an electric car and were looking for places to charge. Upon our arrival she had already done research to let us know the nearest place to charger (about 2 min walk down) . Everything was close, so many food options, every single thing you need, warm cosy Airbnb and a great host. 100/10!! Will definitely be coming again for a weekend getaway !

We had a wonderful stay at Bahar’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. Bahar was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and transport, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We truly felt at home and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 5yo daughter. It's a lovely place. Very secluded and quiet despite being so close to the railway line. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was my son’s first stay alone on a course at an air bnb Emma was kind and welcoming but gave him the space he needed to study. He loved the fact it was secure and safe. He also commented he would love to line in a place like Emma’s new clean tidy, thanks you.

Would give this place 6 stars if I could, might be one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at, the Airbnb was beautiful and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be returning as I couldn’t get enough of the place. Elizabeth was a responsive and friendly host who was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell that Elizabeth takes great pride in her Airbnb and it is reflected in the exceptional standard of the place. I couldn’t speak more highly of the host and the Airbnb if I tried.

11 night stay in Tracey's annex, and it was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Trent Bridge for Cricket games, purpose of our visit. Loved the annex, comfortable and cosy, very clean, so well thought out to use space, everything we needed to make our own meals, and even provided cereals, bread butter , jams ,milk for breakfast, thankyou !! Shower room lovely, and super shower space. Able to control temperature for comfort. Lovely well tended garden, and adequate parking space. Very near to tram station, and supermarket, so all in all a great place to stay !! Tracey was very helpful, and responded to all messages in double quick time !! Looking forward to our future bookings.

Host provided clear instructions and was very responsive with any questions we had. Place was clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We found the Little Nook a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was clean and bright, with good quality fittings and finish. A fully equipped kitchen with including dishwasher and washing machine. Michelle was a very friendly and helpful host. We will certainly be staying again when in the area, and would highly recommend the Little Nook to others.

Had such a lovely, peaceful stay at James' little garden studio. It is exactly as described and the sofa bed was very comfortable (for one, not sure about 2 people). I didn't have a car and the place was still easy to get to, even over the bank holiday weekend. Bus route is a short walk away and the supermarket 20 mins by foot. Would absolutely stay again! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Robert and Janes lovely and spacious annex. It is obvious that they take every effort to make your stay as comfortable and easy as it can be. The annex is just like the pictures and is spotlessly clean. Cooking and eating in is a very welcome addition to our stay and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and all the cutlery. The shower is lovely and the bed is very comfortable with crisp nice smelling bedding. Robert is very helpful and always responsive should you need anything. You will find Robert and his lovely wife Jane to be a lovely couple to meet and chat along with. I would definitely recommend without hesitation that you stay with them at their place. You will not regret it. Thank you for hosting me and I wish you all the best. Hope to see you both again soon!
