Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

truly a home from home it has every thing from airfryer to washing machine. Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

Good spot for a night in Gainsborough! Steven was super flexible and relaxed with check-in. Nikki (the manager) was extremely friendly and welcoming. The pub was nice and lively downstairs. After a quick drink I still got a great sleep since the room isn't directly above.

Hassle free check-in, welcoming hosts. Great little room, perfect for short or overnight stays. Fresh towels and bedding. It was nice to have an instant hot-water shower in the morning. The pub itself is full of character, but as the stairs to the rooms lead from a staircase separate to the pub, I wasn't disturbed by any noise when I had an early night.

Easy on-street parking and a parade of small shops and cafes 10 minutes walk away. A fair bus service was a few minutes walk, going to West Bridgford centre and the city. The garden room was well-planned to fit in a bed, wardrobe, desk and comfortable chair. Wifi and TV were fine, with more streaming options than usual. The kitchen cupboard had a fridge, kettle and toaster, and everything needed for a simple breakfast when I arrived. The hosts restocked with my preferences on my longer stay. Guests have their own separate access to the room - this passes the hosts' living room windows. The hosts were exemplary, doing everything to make the stay pleasant without intruding.

The Airbnb me and my partner stayed in was perfect for what we had envisioned. Luca was very responsive and always helpful. If we were to come back to Swinderby we’d definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing nights stay. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The place was outstandingly clean with all amenities necessary for a break away. Place was very easy to find after instructions to use what 3 words to locate property accurately. Really enjoyed the visit. And hope to re book in the future. Pictures do not do this properly justice. The annex is absolutely stunning.

Great little place, Colleen help me with putting birthday decorations up which we really appreciated! Would high recommend this place, couldn’t fault a thing! Would happily stay again!

Had a fantastic short stay here, situated in a beautiful village close to lots of walks and things to do. The place was easy to find and spotless, with everything you could need. The hot tub was an added bonus. Louise was quick to respond and very helpful. Would recommend and would definitely go back.

A great experience, in a lovely location. The locals are super friendly, I went for a walk with the dog (whilst my family slept) and in a couple of hours everyone I met had said hello and made feel super welcome. Helpful communicative host! We would definitely go back.

This air bnb was a perfect place to stay. Amanda and David were lovely hosts who were very helpful and welcoming. The air bnb was spotless and had everything you would need. I would recommend staying here and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This was a lovely place to stay, the place itself is quite new and everything is clean and tidy. Its tucked away behind the houses so very quiet with a lovely outlook over the garden. We were provided with everything we required - and more, and we would not hesitate to recommend it!

We stayed in The Little Nook for three nights. We felt very relaxed , it's very homely. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We both loved the shower! The host Michelle and her husband were very friendly and chatty without being intrusive. The countryside is very pretty and peaceful, we will definitely be recommending it to our family and friends.

The hosts was there waiting for us at the gate's with a friendly welcoming and if im honest im not the best at meetings new people straight away, unlike my beautiful who wife who is the social butterfly out of the two of us, but straight away i felt comfortable and relaxed especially with lynda 😊 and stuart is just like me tells you what's the important things are and let's you get on with the rest no fuss perfect. Now to The cabin WOW, there's so much i could say but i would be here all day it was perfect especially for me personally, ive got 2 jobs and 3 kids ages 1-5-6 which I love to bits but this was 100% perfect for me and my wife to be together alone and relax its just right every little detail is there for us to feel like were on our first dates again and make each other happy. Thank you for a perfect break we will definitely come again .no kids lol

The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really good mattress, super clean room and ensuite. Shared facilities also very good. Great location as it is a short walk from all amenities. I highly recommand it.

Robert's place was great for us. It was in a quiet place with everything we needed. Robert and his wife were very friendly and welcomed us into their home like family. They have an amazing garden with lots of toys and a trampoline, which they allowed us to use. My children were never bored. The area is full of walking paths and places to explore, and I can definitely recommend it if you desire a nice, peaceful and relaxing stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. Very private and secluded. You really are out in the country. It pays to do due diligence and look up the location on maps as we found it a little tricky at night. The accommodation looked recently renovated all to a high standard. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Super kitchen. Great living room area. Being a new conversion it was up to a high standard and was very warm. Recommend.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The appliances were fairly new and of good quality. Both the bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean. The location was close to the city center, accessible both on foot and by bus. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this accommodation for anyone traveling alone.

the house was amazing and beautiful. we had out 3 year old daughter with us and all the toys in the garden were perfect( she even rode a pedal bike for tbe first time). the rooms are very spacious. as for being able to cook the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything I needed to cook for the family.

Had an absolutely lovely stay. The cottage was incredibly clean and cozy. We had a few lovely nights where we chose to watch tv and not go out at all! The cottage was very well stocked and we felt right at home. Linens were spotless and there was great water pressure and heat. The hosts were very sweet and caring. Could not recommend this cozy place enough.
