Great stay! The property was clean, spacious, and centrally located—just a short walk from the train station. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely stay in the friendliest household with John and Amy and the sweetest dogs. The room was on the top and felt very private. Really enjoyed being able to have some space to make food in the kitchen and keep things in the fridge. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We used the property for an overnight stop before flying out from East Midlands early the next morning. The house was perfect and suited our family much more than a cramped hotel room and was a super quick drive to the airport. Thank you for a great first night of our holiday.

Lisa's place was well equipped with the necessary equipment for daily living, had Netflix, was clean, had a peaceful environment, was well decorated, and was filled with sanitary products. The instructions were self-explanatory, and we did enjoy our stay there. We will recommend it.

Owner is responsive and friendly. She was on hand at the flat, although I witness a slight bad exchange of hot words, I think she is ok. Apartment could be £10 less.

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Helena and Will are lovely people and great hosts, their property is immaculate and in a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, great value for your £££, honestly havent a bad word to say about the hosts or their home. I will definitely be back.

Spent two nights here with friends while at an event, the house was perfect for the stay an within a short distance of the event, instructions were clear on finding the property and accessing it on check in, the property is very well maintained amd was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean. Living area was good. A great variety of bedrooms to choose from. The only problem would be that the street the house is on is not very well looked after, so make sure you are aware of this. Also beware of getting parking tickets in the resident permit parking bays. Also, the back gate in the garden doesn’t lock and other houses have access to this, so make sure you lock the kitchen door. Finally, a later check out time would be preferable, maybe up until 12pm. Besides that it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Great location just outside the city centre.

The flat was a dream! Very clean, super nice simply great. The location is good and yet relatively quiet. The hostess was very nice and made us feel very welcome. All in all, we would love to come back on our next visit to Newark!
