Luxurious five bedroom barn-style retreat.

DanielRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

Idyllic Farmhouse in the Countryside

JohnRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Fantastic house that can cater for large families and we had a fabulous time. The house is in a beautiful setting with several walks including a 10min walk across field pathways to the nearest pub (which does great food). Loads of room in the house and the kids loved the hot tub! We had a great weeks stay for my mothers 80th and nothing was to much trouble. Thanks so much Sally!

Eagles Edge

LucyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I booked Jamie’s property for my parents to stay at for a few nights as an alternative to the large budget chain hotel down the road. It was exactly as described, very clean & well stocked, not to mention cheaper than the aforementioned hotel! They particularly appreciated having the small back garden to sit out in, especially as it was south facing. This was their first Airbnb experience & they were very impressed. I just hope this property is available the next time they visit!

We arrived a little early and this wasn’t a problem. Shown to the cabin and given clear instructions on amenities and what was available locally. Message the hosts a couple of times during our stay and the response time was within 5 minutes!!! Local village has a nice chippy/pub and large co-op. Overall a very nice stay with very good hosts.

Great cabin- had everything we needed for a lovely few days away. The location was great to explore local areas and lovely walks nearby. We recommend the heights of Abraham and lovely black rocks trail parkrun (if you are here on a Saturday). Host was lovely and very responsive when messaging! Very much enjoyed our time in Crich!

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )

Clover Pod - warm and welcoming

DaneRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Just arrived home after a wonderful 2 night stay at the clover pod. After the unfortunate event of having 2 cancellations real close to NYE, we stumbled upon Nigel’s Clover Pod. Booking was instant and Nigel was fast to respond to any enquiries. The Pod itself is super cosy with the addition of fitted heating & hot water supply. The space itself has been created to ensure it’s functionality considering it’s size. Kitchen area where you can cook meals, bathroom space & a real comfortable and clean bed. Perfect spot if your looking to escape from busy lifestyle put the phones down and connect. Dazzling stars at night with the most beautiful sunrise on our final day. (Oh and dog friendly!) Thank you Nigel.

Our Queen Bee

Hui-HsinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is perfect for bringing your dog—there's a huge grassy area where dogs can run freely, and mine had an amazing time! The room was clean and cozy. The only downside is that there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. We originally planned to visit Newark, but there were no buses running on Sunday afternoon, and walking there would take about an hour and a half. It’s definitely more suitable if you’re driving. That said, as far as the accommodation goes, it was very comfortable, well-equipped, and the campsite owner was super friendly. We felt very much at home!
