We had a lovely short stay in this conveniently located apartment. A travel cot was provided for toddler, and a high chair was sourced from the cafe on the ground floor. Apartment was safe for toddler and comfortable. Highlights were the secure garage with electric car charge points and the location to the city centre, easy enough to walk with a pram to the shops and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

incredible price for a what is essentially a self contained little flat, minus the kitchen. great to have own parking and access. spotlessly clean with very comfy bed and hot shower with great pressure. tea/coffee/kettle perfect touch so we could make a coffee to go for an early start. a mirror in the main bedroom would be great as using the bathroom one blocks access to toilet and shower. hair dryer would be a nice touch too. outside light above main entrance door flashed on and off in the night which kept me awake a little as the room can't be closed off from the stairwell. host friendly and responsive, would stay again if attending same event next year! thank you.

I would fully recommend anyone staying here the host was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area… nothing was too much trouble for him. The flat it self was lovely clean and tidy and plenty of space… the view out the windows across the city was lovely… I was only there for an be night but my stay was lovely and I will definitely be using Steve again

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The space had everything we needed for our three week stay, it felt very comfortable and was easy to settle in. We had a few questions on the first day and Nicky and her team were helpful and responsive. The location is great and very walkable to local amenities.

Beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet, and despite The Hosts living in the house near by we didn’t see or hear anything of them while we were there.

Stunning property. Amazing welcome hamper and availability of delicious homemade meals. We were v lucky with the weather. Gardens are relaxing to sit and watch the animals. We loved the animals, especially one very friendly kid. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic place! We stayed for two comfortable nights with our children and dog and had a fabulous time. We had a picnic on the lawn overlooking the Vale of Belvoir, ran the dog around the many fields surrounding the house and spent time watching TV and playing with the kids in the front room. Richard and Jo had put out the cot ahead of our visit, and even had bed bumpers ready for toddlers. The house is spacious and well appointed in a fantastic location.

David was an excellent host—very responsive and available whenever we needed anything. The late checkout was a wonderful bonus and made our departure stress-free. Highly recommend staying here—5/5!

Very friendly host. Welcoming and available but totally unintrusive. Straightforward accommodation made us feel able to relax. Great lounge / kitchen /diner with doors out to the garden area. Two good local pubs and river in walking distance. Beautiful local village (Morton/Fiskerton) and local town (Southwell). Made a great base from which to tour the area. EV charge point was a big bonus for us, too, having an electric car. Recommended.

Booked this accommodation for a group of our engineers who were working on a project nearby. Was a very suitable fit for our lads and had no issues at all, would recommend to anyone staying in/ near the area.

Absolutely stunning place, decorated beautifully. The hot tub was great as was the bbq area! Sauna also looked great but we didn’t get to use that as we ran out of time. Raffaele was also really accommodating and responding really quickly to any messages. We came for my fiances 30th birthday weekend and it was just perfect, highly recommend!

I stayed at the flat for a month, and was really comfortable throughout! The place was clean, had all the utilities a person could want, and the host was communicative, friendly and helpful! The city centre location was ideal as everything was within walking distance! I would absolutely stay here again!

David was a great host and communication was easy. He met us for check-in and provided some useful items such as milk and snacks. The flat suited our needs for the long weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay if you’re in or around Nottingham, Airbnb is located in the centre and has many different amenities close by including a big shopping centre, pubs, clubs and more. Steve has amazing communication and makes sure you know exactly how to find the Airbnb along with offering a list of places to go whilst you’re in Nottingham. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Steve couldn't have been a better host. From Arrival to Departure steve provided us with all of the information we could need for the area, guided us to parking and our flat and showed us everything to ensure we had everything. Would 100% Reccommend choosing this apartment and would definetely book in future
