Vacation rentals with a patio in Ruelle-sur-Touvre

Catherine and Michel are available and very kind. We chose their outbuilding as part of the FIBD. Although a little out of the way, their cozy and warm accommodation was quite accessible using the buses (15 min from Angouleme train station) throughout the festival. A big thank you!

Despite the language barrier, we were very well received. The environment is very quiet and the hosts are unfailingly discreet. All amenities are available to us and nothing is missing. The sound of water is very present in the accommodation, but very regular, a natural lullaby. Thanks

Very clean and functional accommodation. It is well located with buses leading to downtown Angoulême, which can also be accessible on foot (if you don't mind walking) I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Angouleme

Friendly and very responsive host if you have any questions or needs. Impeccable and spacious accommodation. Bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and bedding in new condition. Private terrace with pleasant greenery. Located close to the city center with the possibility of walking in the old Angouleme. Possibility of private and secure parking but be careful if you have a car with low ground clearance for access.

The Gite was in the perfect location for us in a beautiful setting. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The upstairs deck looked out over the pool, very nice!

Catherine is a lovely host. We arrived a little late in the evening, despite everything, his welcome was very pleasant. The place is quiet, in nature. The rooms are nice. We're in the countryside. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings.

The location to gather with family or friends is really nice. Children have enough safety to take care of, which is reassuring.

We spent over 2 months in this lovely stand-alone cottage which had everything for the perfect stay: comfortable clean rooms, large kitchen and bathroom, soothing decor, and wonderful surroundings. We enjoyed the beautiful Cognac vineyards, blossoming cherry trees, flowers everywhere and a refreshing pool. Watch the sunrise from upstairs and the moon rise from your front door (private entrance to the cottage). Thomas respects your privacy but is instantly responsive if needed. A peaceful escape in the countryside, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to nearby towns. Highly recommend it!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was amazing! The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, which made our stay very comfortable. The garden is really an oasis of peace, with a beautiful canopy that is ideal for sitting outside even in less weather. The pool was an absolute topper and made for a relaxing holiday feeling. The host Filip, responds quickly to questions and their website has a lot of useful information about the area. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Highly recommend for those looking for peace and comfort!

The accommodation is very nice, well-decorated and well-equipped. It feels like home. It's a very nice cocoon. Emmanuelle was very welcoming (lives nearby) and kind to welcome us, advise us on the wineries to visit as well as the walks. We'd love to come back, that's for sure. The outdoor spaces (nice courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ) as well as the garden on the other side are very nice. We were 5 adults and all enjoyed our stay (without disturbing each other) in this beautiful house.

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason
