Vacation rentals with a home theater in Royan

Well arranged and nicely decorated studio. Allow 15 minutes on foot through a lovely park to reach the beach. The path to the old port is very pleasant along the sea. Thanks to Romane for her recommendations and tips for our stay in La Rochelle.

Great place and location . Brilliant week all round

Salvador's family who hosted us was lovely and the apartment was clean and consistent with the listing photos, perfect. Very well located apartment 2 minutes walk from Les Minimes beach with no street to cross, very convenient with small children.

We had a lovely time in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. The apartment is on the street, but it is a great starting point for swimming, restaurants and beautiful excursions in the area. Franceline is a great hostess and also made sure that the vacation went smoothly and that we felt right at home in the apartment. Thank you very much!

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Everything was perfect ,I'm coming back from this delighted week Martine is a very responsive charming person Very close to shops and the beach is really 200 m away ,you can put the car down and do anything on foot I highly recommend this cozy little nest with a beautiful, very modern decoration

We stayed at Patricia's place in December. The terrace is closed by a gate so it's secure. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a great stay. I recommend Patricia's cottage located 400 m from the pretty beach of Les Vergnes and in a quiet and very natural area below Meschers.

The house is spacious, well arranged and very well for 6 people. The location is very nice, perfect for access to the beach and the port of the cotiniere on foot. I recommend it!

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with everything needed. It is accurately described and we weren’t disappointed. The kids, young and old enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and laundry room made coming home a breeze with clean clothes. We stayed just out of summer season so it was pretty quiet and some shops in St Palais sur mer were closed. Large supermarkets were a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Very nice accommodation, decorated with great taste! Excellent services. Small very good outdoor courtyard. We had a great time with the family. Accommodation a few km from Saintes, 45 min from Rochefort /Fouras boarding for the island of Aix, walk around Fort Boyard. We were able to do our little jog in the immediate vicinity through the vines with passage in a good bakery. We recommend 100%. Very available and responsive host.

Excellent stay with Nicolas, who is a host with whom exchanges are easy and very friendly. The house is conveniently located. If you want tranquility, the sea and the beach right next door, this is the place to go. The house is as advertised, well-decorated, very clean and very functional. Dishes in quantity to optimize the dishwasher, which is far from always the case. Currently no storage in the downstairs bedroom, but it should be corrected soon 👍 In short, you can go there with confidence to fully enjoy the island of Oleron! We highly recommend it.

Thanks to Chantal for her availability during our exchanges and her very friendly little visit. The accommodation is clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Large garage very useful for storing bikes and a closed yard that our little dog enjoyed. We recommend this property.

Sylvie, who welcomed us, was very responsive, attentive. The accommodation is very close to the beach and very nice restaurants. Having a pool in addition to the beach is a real plus. The balcony is also a plus sinceit's big enough to eat there, and dry your towels or laundry in the sun next door. In short, an excellent stay!

Beautiful stay, accommodation matches the photos, very warm welcome by André. The property is conveniently located to do almost everything without needing to take our vehicle.

Cedric is a very responsive host. The accommodation is clean, the bed is of good quality. The location rather close to the city center makes it possible to walk there. Parking is a real advantage. What would be worth mentioning in the listing is that Cedric usually lives in the property and so there is his belongings. But when we arrived, this is not a problem. If necessary, I will return to Cédric's place without any problem.

The apartment, proposed by Eddy, was in line with the amenities mentioned. The living environment was pleasant without any noise disturbance. we were able to fully enjoy our vacation thanks to this apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Royan and want to be close to everything on foot.

A good place. Don't hesitate to go there. Location of the perfect rental to visit the island of Oléron (from the Chassiron lighthouse to the beautiful beach/Pointe de Gatseau, visiting the village of artisans and its colorful houses. Oléron is full of beautiful places. Ideal for 2 people (a real bedroom and sofa bed in the kitchen/living room), the rental is very well located for walking to the sea and is close to bike paths (two bikes available). All the comforts are there (very good bedroom bedding), 2 TVs, fiber, washing machine, large refrigerator and freezer space, Nespresso coffee machine, books ... Upon arrival, little surprise gifts await. We recommend this rental.

Quiet, bright, clean, tastefully decorated apartment. Everything is done to make life easier. There's absolutely nothing missing. Even the little details have been thought out. It is also extremely well located. The room is perfect, the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace which is a plus. We were delighted to have a parking space, even more. Lilianne and Luc are adorable, easy to communicate with, absolutely charming. They're at their best. We had a great time.
