Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

Very nice studio in direct beach proximity! Nice communication with everyone, a little harder to find but also offers everyone assistance there, but all the more quiet and safe-looking area. Pool was also available at times other than indicated by arrangement. Glad to come back

We found the apartment very easily as well as the parking spaces at the foot of the building. The view is sublime and we have long contemplated the sunrise and the return trips of the harbor boats. The accommodation is as described, clean and suited us for our short stay.

Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

We had a lovely and beautiful stay at Carine's house! The house was perfect for 3 couples and 3 children. The house is very nice and the exteriors are very nice, very well located to reach the bike paths and enjoy all corners of the island! A beautiful home to spend a great vacation with friends! Amazing place, conveniently located on the island of Oleron. Very well equipped and spacious. Ideal for a family weekend getaway where everyone has their own space and privacy. Jennifer is a very pleasant, responsive host with great tips. We highly recommend it.

Nathalie's place is as described. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. This season the house is in a very quiet environment. The beach is a few hundred meters away and very accessible on foot. Nathalie is very responsive. Stay more than pleasant 😊

A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a group of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and the arcade terminal that allowed for wild parties. On the other hand, even though we all got along very well, we would have liked a non-glass door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to take a shower or go to the bathroom. 😊 But that's really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well-equipped and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Franck is very responsive and check-in went smoothly. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Thanks to Chantal for her availability during our exchanges and her very friendly little visit. The accommodation is clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Large garage very useful for storing bikes and a closed yard that our little dog enjoyed. We recommend this property.

Our trip to Oléron Island went very well thanks to the hospitality of Dimitri and Florian who agreed to host our two cats as well. The apartment is very well-equipped and fulfills all the conditions for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to answer any questions.

We spent two days at this place and everything went well. It is very well located, and very well equipped including for children. We'll be back sometime.

This small apartment with all the comforts you need is perfect for a short stay . Ideally located in the city center, close to shops and the beach . Private parking space is a plus . The environment was quiet but in April there aren't many people . i recommend this rental.
