Cabin vacation rentals in Rovaniemi

We had a great time in Mökki! Everything your heart desires was there. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful! In the middle of nature, we were able to relax well. The location is really great right on the lake (of course, that also means muddy paths in the forest during thaw, be careful when choosing a car). Supermarkets are about half an hour away by car. By car, hiking trails are easily accessible. Alexandra was very friendly in communication and was able to give us many tips! Check in/check out was hassle-free. We had a helpful contact person on site. The accommodation is very clean and tidy. The vacation there was definitely worth the price. Always happy to come back!

Had a wonderful time at Jani's place! Quiet location, great sauna and pool outside and we could marvel at the aurora lights almost every evening:) Jani was always available and inquired if everything was according to our expectations.

This is such an unique place. The landscape, the jacuzzi, the sauna with a view, reindeers around the cottage and Northern lights right in front of the door. Everything was just perfect.

Our Christmas stay was truly magical! The location was perfect, with snow-covered landscapes and an unforgettable view of the Northern Lights. The added bonus of a sauna made the experience even more special. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing kick sleds for the kids, which they absolutely loved. Everything was perfect—exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!

The cabin was great and Saara was very accommodating and responsive. The location was beautiful, and we were able to see the northern lights while standing on the frozen lake! The sauna was warm and cozy, and Rovaniemi was a short drive away. Thank you for hosting us, Saara!

It was a very pleasant stay at Alexey's cabin. The accommodation has everything listed and is very comfortable. The only thing to note is that sometimes access by car can be difficult, but the machines remove the snow periodically.

We loved our stay at Johanna’s place. Johanna made sure we have all the checkin information we need. The surrounding was lovely with snow all around.

Our stay at the cabin in Rovaniemi was just perfect! The place delighted us from the first second – it was clean, stylishly decorated and stocked with everything you need (even the little extras like coffee, tea). The location is ideal: quiet but still close to Rovaniemi so we could easily explore everything. A huge praise to Tiina and Juho, who welcomed us warmly and responded quickly to questions throughout the stay. The tips on local highlights were worth gold – we felt like locals! We also particularly liked the cozy atmosphere and the loving details that made the place a real home away from home. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this oasis! Extremely cozy accommodation at the end of an atmospheric cellar house. We found everything we needed in a place to stay, including cooking. Thanks, Jussa! Lots of cottages nearby, but the area is still very peaceful. Sacred services within walking distance. National park trails also leave nearby. A big recommendation for bigcock if weather conditions allow.

Beautiful cottage for family holidays. Very easy to access and at the same time alone in the forest. Beautiful walks directly on foot. We enjoyed the sauna and the northern lights visible from the garden if the weather is clear:)

Johanna and Matti were very nice, helpful and gave us a lot of advice on what things we could do in the area. They helped us out with reaching some nearby destinations, because we arrived without a car. The Husky-Farm, that was close by, was really nice and being able to feed the reindeer and alpacas on Johannas farm was another highlight. The cottage itself was the perfect place to stay. It was cozy, privat and provided everything needed. We enjoided the sauna and even were able to see auroras directly from the cottage. Over all the stay there was beautiful and I can only recommend it :)

Viola and Pertti are very friendly host, always available in case of need of support or questions. The house is cozy and warm as it has central heating as well as a fire place. It is well equipped with everything necessary. The temperature of the heaters can be regulated. The outside toilet is just next to the house, easily accessible even with - 16 degrees and very hygienic. It's possible tu use the sauna and even to take a shower there. All in all highly recommended hosts and location. Thank you for everything, we will be back! :)

The house has everything you need. It's very cozy, especially with the sauna and the chimney. Mira was a great host, she ensured that we had a good time in her mökki and was very nice to write with. She even let us know when the Aurora started acting up so we could go outside and see them ourselves. 10/10 would recommend going there. The kitchen is well equiped with all the basics including oil and salt. We really appreciated that she made sure, that we knew it was in the middle of nowhere. Thank you Mira!

Minna is the best host! So nice and always ready to help with good recommendations, always responsive. We stay at her place for a second year in a row and it always feels like home. It’s calm, cosy, we love the sauna and the view of the frozen river right in front. We watched the aurora almost every night from the cottage and it was breathtaking. Will definitely be coming back again next winter!

This is one of the nicest AirBnB that we have stayed in (and we have been seen alot of them). The location is outstanding, the AirBnB itself is spotless and contains everythig one needs. I would highly recommend!

We had a nice stay in this log home in the forest, clean and spacious. We loved the sauna!

The cottage is ideal for a short stay in Luosto. The location close to two small lakes is great for watching the northern lights. In the village of Luosto you can book all kinds of winter activities and there is also a small well-equipped supermarket. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation.
