Chalet vacation rentals in Rovaniemi

The cabin was actually much better than we originally anticipated. It was lovely, surely retro and rustic but very charming and much bigger than the photos suggested. Many features had been clearly updated vs the photos. I would definitely stay here again. View to Pyhätunturi from the backyard deck was spectacular, and if you do cross country skiing there’s easy access to the tracks. You need however a car to access the skiing slopes (very short ride).

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay in pekka's place. Isolokka villa has all the facilities we need and it was definitely a feel at home. Pekka was super responsive all the time and checkin details, house guides were all very useful. Thanks so much for the hospitality and great support

We felt very comfortable. The house is comfortably and cozily furnished. The fantastically located and equipped sauna house is shared with the owners, which is absolutely no problem. The whole property is well maintained and is beautifully located on a large lake. The view over the lake with northern lights is unforgettable. Exceptionally friendly landlords who go the extra mile. Jukka gave us very good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

This was an incredible experience!! This stay and it’s host went far beyond anything we could have wished for. This place is perfect for a romantic couples holidays. The location, the cozyness, the cleanliness, the host support welcoming us and facilities for this stay were a 11/10. Basicly we would have given a 6 stars out of 5, if there was the option. Thank you for having us as guest at your lovely holiday cottage! :-)

It was even nicer than we had imagined- we felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. The house is an absolute dream, the surroundings as well... It was a great, peaceful getaway for us!

This is an ideal place to stay in Lapland. It is 20 mins drive from the airport and Santa Clause visit, so easy to reach, but also in a very quiet and idyllic location. The host is very friendly and always easy to contact. I took my daughters (8 and 11) and they loved it, especially the sledging around the cabin. Also a great spot to see the northern lights.

It was super cozy, great fireplace, everything important there, sauna etc. worked well, we could see the northern lights directly behind the forest, very quiet, great area, Luosto and Pyhä National Park quickly accessible, mega great snow, host always responded very quickly. Thank you, we had a great week here. You should know beforehand that 90 cm sheets don't fit, you need 140 cm sheets...

The cottage is amazing! Design with lots of amenities… and a beautiful sauna! A view of the forest with a huge bay window, we were lucky enough to watch the northern lights from the living room for 1 hour! Eevamaria is available, very responsive and attentive…

Beautiful place to stay and felt very welcoming. Access to the lake was great and we saw the lights there on the first night we stayed. Very picturesque and was our own winter wonderland for 4 days. Would recommend.

Lovely cottage! Absolutely amazing view of the lake, at each time of day 😍 So serene, and the place is wonderful too! Absolutely peaceful, loved it! (and little hint, although it's absolutely beautiful to not have reception for a few days, it really is, but if you walk up the little hill right opposite the house there's perfect network 😉) and the springwater was amazing!!

Hanna’s place was absolutely dreamy 💛 beautiful private cottage right on frozen lake where the ice was constantly making noise depending on what the weather was doing (deep freezing or warming up) - we could easily walk across the lake as other people were snowmobiling on it. Hanna even had a device there to create your own hole in the frozen lake to soak after sauna - or possibly ice fish. Sauna, fireplace, billiard, northern lights and husky ride were our highlights. Hanna was extremely easy to reach, sent easy to understand instructions, and was very helpful anytime we had questions. Many times went above and beyond just to make our stay more memorable. We created the most amazing memories there from our family vacation in Finland. This was our first time and most definitely not the last!
