Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the midst of pristine nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile trips according to your wishes. The cottage is about 75 km from the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing trip €40 per person, 1-2h. Sausage roasting on a campfire €40 per person. Northern Lights trip €60 per person. Sled safari €90 per person 2h. You can make a reservation by message.

Peace of nature close to services

A cozy cottage in peace surrounded by forest just a ten-minute drive from Santa's village. The city center is only a few kilometers away. The cottage yard has its own fireplace, where you can spend an atmospheric evening and see the northern lights if you're lucky. From the home road, there is a connection to the bike path, where there is an opportunity for jogging. Nearby is the Santavaara King's lean-to, where I recommend visiting to admire the magnificent nature of Lapland and the Ounasjoki River.

Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. This traditional Lappish log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.
