Cabin vacation rentals in Finland

This was something special. We as a couple had a really hard time to leave this place :-) The Sauna and the lake was so great that we enjoyed it everyday, sitting on the stones in the middle of the lake drinking tea. On top of that Noora is such a warm and helpful person that helped us in every possible way. I think we will return some day :-)

We had a pleasant and successful holiday in the middle of exceptionally beautiful and peaceful lake Finland. All around, there were only the sounds of birds. We felt welcome and the accommodation met and exceeded our expectations. Our little schoolchild also enjoyed himself. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We can warmly recommend the property to nature travelers.

The accommodation of Jatta is beautiful and is right by a quiet lake. With the rowing boat you can inquire about it or just lie comfortably on the shore and listen to the sounds of the birds.

This is such an unique place. The landscape, the jacuzzi, the sauna with a view, reindeers around the cottage and Northern lights right in front of the door. Everything was just perfect.

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

We were able to relax superbly in the Marius cottage by the water. Every day the deer say good morning and we were able to go out with the rowboat. The sauna is great. There are lots of pans and ways to barbecue. There is no cooking option, but a kettle and microwave are available. It was a great fit for us. Mariu is helpful and was always available for questions. We will be happy to come back.

An insanely peaceful location, a cottage suitable for two people, which fully met our expectations. I recommend it.

We had a lovely honeymoon here! The place is calm, quiet, and full of charm – perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything was clean and cozy, and we felt right at home. Marko was an excellent and helpful host, always kind and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again someday.

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Breathtaking views, super responsive and nice hosts. Saw the northern lights from the cabin itself it was amazing.

Tranquil stay with luxury amenities for a cottage (underfloor heating, hot tub, sauna etc.), glazing for spotting the aurora borealis in the evenings from inside and quick access to Levi etc. I was straight out on the xc-skiing slopes whether on my own or pulling along a kid in rented sledge. Our kids learnt to alpine ski and loved everything the outside had to offer, along with their bedroom, and extra toys in the cottage. We had everything we needed for a perfect family stay, no one wanted to leave!

The perfect hideaway for quiet relaxation.

We had a quiet and relaxing time at the house. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with our travel date, as it thawed heavily shortly before we arrived and then froze again. The result was a rather demanding journey over heavily icy forest roads. With four-wheel drive, no problem and on site you could do well with spikes. But you think twice about whether you have to go shopping by car or not. After it had snowed again, that was no longer an issue, mind you with four-wheel drive! The house is quietly located directly on the lake. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and relaxation, I can only recommend winter as a travel time. We used the cold days for the sauna and took a few trips to the beautiful frozen lake landscape. Sanna was always easily accessible and provided us with information about the location and everything around it 👍 In terms of amenities, we didn't miss anything and we could imagine coming back 👋👋👋

Johanna and Matti were very nice, helpful and gave us a lot of advice on what things we could do in the area. They helped us out with reaching some nearby destinations, because we arrived without a car. The Husky-Farm, that was close by, was really nice and being able to feed the reindeer and alpacas on Johannas farm was another highlight. The cottage itself was the perfect place to stay. It was cozy, privat and provided everything needed. We enjoided the sauna and even were able to see auroras directly from the cottage. Over all the stay there was beautiful and I can only recommend it :)

We were at this cottage again and it is definitely one of our favorite cottages! Nature is gorgeous and you can enjoy it in peace without the neighbors being right next door! Thank you!😍

a great place for those seeking peace and harmony. we slept really soundly inside the log walls and enjoyed the lovely river landscape so much. Lovely cottage and great setting to rest and vacation and best of all so close.

The squirrel's nest was a cozy and suitably compact ensemble for the couple. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Very good steam in the sauna. 😊
