Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace. Firewood is included in the rent. The outdoor toilet is composting. A rowing boat and fishing gear are available. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the nearby forests. Great nature attractions, such as national parks, are a short drive away. Distance from Helsinki, Turku or Tampere about 100 km.

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Maximum 2 adults and 2 children. Medium-sized electrified approx. 50 m² log cabin on the clear-water Niskajärvi lake with its own private beach, 15 m² beach sauna and outdoor toilet. The road goes all the way to the end. Firewood is included in the rent. The cottage has good 4G connections. Running water to the cabin, except in winter (11.1-4.15). Guests will have access to a rowboat and two life jackets. Kouvola's services can be found 40 kilometers away. Verla's Factory Museum is 10 km away.

Beach House on the beach of Airisto for "adult taste". Maritime and romantic oasis for two. Sauna (magnificent view), toilet, shower, gas grill, private beach, jetty, jacuzzi are for private use of guests. Basic amenities, e.g. wifi, TV, dishes, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee and water kettle, etc., detergents can be found in the cabin. Sofa bed with 140 cm thick mattress & pillows/blankets. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
