Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

The double bed and outdoor jaquzzi bring the luxorious feel to the place, and the private shore with a pier where you can sit and enjoy the calm nature around you.
