Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rotterdam

We loved this beautiful home in a tranquil setting. It is decorated like AD and we were welcomed with goodies and breakfast supplies, what a kind treat! Kirsten and her husband were so helpful and always available. Great location to visit Amersfoort and Utrecht. We’d be happy to stay forever!

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft entsprach voll den Erwartungen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und es ist alles vorhanden für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Gut ist, wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat oder ausleiht, damit kann man Wege im Park, zum Strand oder in den Ort schnell zurücklegen. Ouddorp und Umgebung sind toll, insbesondere die Natur und die vielen Vögel haben uns beeindruckt.

Petite maison mignonne avec tout le confort et au grand calme. Literie extra. Parking gratuit à la gare qui se trouve à 3 minutes en voiture. Et 10 minutes de train seulement pour être en plein centre d’Amsterdam. Accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

We verbleven met veel plezier in dit huis(je). Mooie omgeving en zo fijn afgelegen. Heerlijk rustig. Een bijzondere locatie. We boften met het weer, dus konden lekker buiten zitten. Het huis was prima voorzien, prima kamers en bedden. Fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn. Het contact met Nikita was vlot en vriendelijk. Vragen werden snel en duidelijk beantwoord, instructies om binnen te komen en bijvoorbeeld over de wifi waren duidelijk. Zeker aan te raden!

Een prachtige omgeving, wandelgebied aan de overkant, een comfortabel huisje, gastvrije host, kortom Brabant op z'n best.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described – very spacious, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The location is incredibly quiet, which made it ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Our host, Nino, was wonderful – very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any small questions or requests we had. What really stood out was that the house was already equipped with many essentials that are not always provided elsewhere – there was plenty of soap in every bathroom, lots of toilet paper, towels, bath towels, and even a well-stocked kitchen with basic spices. These thoughtful details made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was perfect. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again!

Awesome location, comfortable bed. Hosts enjoy taking care of their place and guests. The check-in was in person and no self check-in option available but hosts were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Kurzurlaub (zu zweit mit Hund) in Bellatrix’ schönem Häuschen, in dem wir uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Bellatrix ist richtig nett und tierfreundlich. Die Terrasse ist komplett umzäunt, was nicht nur für den Hund super war. Auch wir konnten uns absolut privat fühlen. Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür, ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke und zum kilometerlangen Strand sind es nur ein paar Autominuten. Ouddorp selbst ist ein niedlicher kleiner Ort. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Logement conforme à la description (calme, très propre, bien aménagé et dans un bel environnement). Il est appréciable de pouvoir aller à Rotterdam en watterbus et d'aller voir les moulins en vélo. Michiel et Marjolein sont des hôtes très accueillants et de bons conseils.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für eine Woche über Ostern in diesem klein, aber feinem Apartment. Es ist sehr hübsch und funktional eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Ausblick in beide Richtungen aus dem Apartment ist einfach herrlich und die Nähe zum Strand wunderbar. Es kann sogar ein gemeinschaftliches Schwimmbad und eine Sauna genutzt werden, vollkommen problemlos. Julie ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die jederzeit zu erreichen war. (vielen Dank für deine Unterstützung, Julie!). Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von Minute eins an entspannen.

Zuerst haben uns Nanda und ihr Mann sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns dann die Unterkunft vorgestellt: eine sehr gepflegte und nett möblierte Wohnung, großzügiger Wohn- und Schlafraum, die zuerst eng wirkende Kombination von Küche und Bad war vollkommen ausreichend und es hat nichts gefehlt, sogar die beiden Balkone mit Morgen- und Abendsonne konnten wir trotz Anfang April genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber!

We spent 10 long days in Zaandam while preparing and working in a fair. Margot has been absolutely great in taking care of us, and it's the space was good although smaller than expected (and quite cold even with heating..). Note: you are in Zaandam, not Amsterdam.. but it's a lovely area and very well connected with trains which gets you everywhere but will take around half an hour to get to Amsterdam Central. Quite honestly Zaandam was such a cute town! very pleasant and with everything you need. In case you don't have to go to Amsterdam, you got everything there.. If I'd have to give a feedback, I would personally need a stove in an apartment, even if small (2 stoves are enough) people have to be able to cook for themselves if needed. I missed an home cooked meal! All considered, good stay and great hosts you will be in good hands.

Anna and John , out hosts were wonderful. Place was so well designed and so beautiful. I could tell a lot of thought was put into the design. I think the place would be even better with a notebook with instructions about house, tv, appliances , and check out procedure . On the other hand, Anna and John were so responsive. Anna and John met us at the apartment , plane was delayed so arrived late around 9:30. Anna and John were flexible and gave us a warm welcome with tour of house. However in the morning, I discovered scaffolding with green mesh across windows. I paid top dollar for a canal house with view of canal. This was a disappointment and was not told about this. I would never have rented if I knew there was barely a view through the windows with scaffolding and mesh . Everything else was wonderful! Future renters should ask about the obstructed view.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wurde bei Ankunft alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wat een geweldig huis met een prachtige inrichting! Echt van alle gemakken voorzien! heerlijke ruime slaapkamers, woonkamer, geweldige keuken, fijne tuin, midden in het centrum, 2 min lopen naar de supermarkt, gratis parkeren om de hoek, 25 min vanaf een strandje, 15 min vanaf een leuke speeltuin voor de kindjes. Communicatie was snel en fijn, Fernand, vriendelijke gastheer, gaf ontzettend veel opties voor wat er in de omgeving te doen was, er stond als welkomstdrankje nog een heerlijke Gin Tonic klaar voor ons. Al bij al hebben we enorm genoten met ons familieweekend! Nogmaals dank!

Een heerlijk weekend gehad in deze ruime woning. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Ook genoten van de infrarood sauna.

Fabulous Villa. Perfect for a staycation. Jacuzzi , Sauna & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Could not ask for more. Really responsive & nice host. Thank you for having us

We had a lovely family holiday for 3 nights. The property has been beautifully done up and was extremely well resourced with all catering equipment. There were lots of different areas to relax in and we particularly enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas as we were lucky to mostly have good weather. The tennis court is great (though could be difficult to retrieve balls that went over the walls/hedges). Murielle gave us some helpful tips for local places to explore.

Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Amsterdam. Top Ausstattung. Sauna und Whirlpool inklusive. Auch ein Riesen Grill der super funktioniert hat. Für eine entspanntes Wochenende mit der Familie und Freunden geeignet. Und ein Ausflug nach Amsterdam ist auch drin. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich haben immer schnell reagiert und auch flexibel mit den An- und Abreisezeiten. Es war alles da was man gebraucht. Nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Een verblijf met een flexibele aankomsttijd. Bij ontvangst werd 1 van ons rondgeleid in het huis en kregen we duidelijke instructies. Verder waren er ook nog de nodige papieren met instructies aanwezig. Als verrassing ontvingen we ook nog een 'welkomstgeschenk', dat zeker en vast gesmaakt heeft. Dat was een fijne attentie. Voor het overige verliep de communicatie uitermate vlot, werd alles goed opgevolgd en ontvingen we tevens ook veel tips voor tijdens of na het verblijf. De uitrusting van het huis was uitstekend. Van alles was meer dan voldoende beschikbaar, en veel comfort. Kortom, aangename host, aangenaam verblijf, top!

Nous avons séjourné chez Boon en famille (2 adultes et 3 adolescents) pour visiter le Parc de Keukenhof et Amsterdam. Le Logement est mignon, dans un petit havre de paix, loin du bruit et de la foule.... C était parfait pour nos 3 jours aux Pays-Bas ! Boon a été réactif lors de nos demandes et aimable dans nos échanges. Nous recommandons cet hote.
