The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. The 2 largest rooms have their own bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside, you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach within walking and cycling distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and max 8 people, age from 35.

We normally live here ourselves and hope you'll feel at home. We do our utmost to ensure cleanliness, but please don't expect hotel standards. Experience the city like a local—our idea of ​​Airbnb. The vacation home is located in an old stable. The farm is located in the outskirts of Rotterdam in an old hamlet called "De Kandelaar". Only 30 people live here, and it is the perfect spot in the middle of nature between the (large) cities of Rotterdam, Schiedam and Delft. The perfect place to combine the city and nature! Our farm is just 5 km from Schiedam, 8 km from Delft and 12 km from Rotterdam and 30 minutes (by car) from the beach.

The guesthouse is part of Het Terphuis, located in a monumental farmhouse in a rural area in Poortugaal. The entire house has 2 bedrooms with double beds + in 1 of the 2 living rooms there is a sofa bed 200x160cm. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. And there is a separate toilet in the hallway. The living and dining rooms have a refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker.
