Beautiful modern studio in the center of Rotterdam

Studio 93 is in a dynamic district full of hip restaurants, coffee bars and shops. From the apartment you can walk within 15 minutes to the heart of the city and central station. In addition to a wonderfully spacious double bed, there is plenty of closet space, but also a sofa bed for 2 children (140x190). Here you will also find a projector with chromecast. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine and oven. The flat is independently accessible via narrow and steep stairs.

10MIN WALK FROM CENTRAL. We have 2 floor apartment and we are renting out our upstairs which is a complete studio. Our flat is located 10 min walk away from Rotterdam central station in front of a peaceful canal. The studio is 25 sqm & located upstairs and entrance is through the changing room. Upstairs toilet has it’s own kitchen at right handside & private toilet. There is king size double bed and TV (with chromecast) in the bedroom, and desk & chair and also wardrobe area.
