Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

Beautiful place where we had a great weekend with the family. Very well located in the middle of beautiful countryside, the house is really well equipped and quiet. We enjoyed Ans's welcome and kindness and highly recommend the place.

We loved staying in Bart’s house. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and pretty and the transport links are excellent. We easily took trains to Amsterdam, Haarlem and The Hague. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The children loved all the playgrounds nearby too. Thank you for having us!

We found everything as expected. We do not like that strong coffee, so we added hot water to the espresso Coffee which worked ok. We would definitely come back to this location. The garden is beautiful, unfortunately the weather Did not let us enjoy it.

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

The villa was amazing, the views on the lake were perfect for a small getaway. Pien was also very responsive and helpful we loved our stay at the villa. Definitely coming back again when the weather is warmer

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

We absolutely loved this place. Two of our teenagers slept in the basement and one slept in the attic, and my husband and I used the master suite. Everything was beautiful. The firepit and piano were a fabulous bonus. Definitely recommend renting bikes and riding to the sea!

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

Our family of four had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in this gorgeous house. The location was quiet and scenic as well as extremely convenient to historic Utrecht, a pretty canal walk, bakeries, grocery store, restaurants, and public transportation. Pim and Cynthia were very responsive, lent us a bike, and had great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Very nice house with a warm cozy atmosphere. We have enjoyed a wonderful weekend with games, puzzling, reading and walking together with friends and daughters.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

Our family had a great time at Muiden. It’s a very nice house, spacious for families with amenities that you need. The area is very beautiful and quiet. It’s about 20 minutes drive into the central Amsterdam. With a parking space. P.S: we didn’t find a microwave but who needs it if you can get fresh food daily from a market 5’ away?

I had the honor of being the very first guest at this beautiful property. The location is truly unique: with views over the sea and the dunes- just breathtaking. Especially cooking from the kitchen while looking out over the sea is really special to eat at the table afterwards while you can see the sea. We slept in the bedroom with sea view, which makes awakening extra special. The space itself is enormously large, stylishly furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is also an opportunity to exercise in the house itself and there is also a communal swimming pool with sauna in the complex. Within walking distance there are also two cozy beach bars where you can eat, drink or activities such as blo-karten. highly recommended

We have had no luck with the weather so we have not been able to enjoy the exceptional possibilities that were offered But we found the owners and their children very friendly and helpful Furthermore the house has everything areas and it has been neat and tidy Highly recommended but come with good weather!

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

We stayed with a group of friends of 16 in this villa. It was in April so unfortunately the water from the pool was not warm enough to swim in it. But, it was a nice stay, the rooms were spacious, the beds and sleeping beds were lovely. Very nice that there are some bathrooms so we didn't have to wait for each other. Even if people already wanted to sleep and part wanted to do another beer, this was just in terms of deafness. Ool wanted to put the groceries in the fridge before 4 p.m., and in consultation this could too! That was very nice given the activity we were going to do. It was a nice stay!!
