Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The bridge is now operated remotely, so the cottage lost its function. Now it has become a wonderful and beautiful place to enjoy life by the water. It's in the most lively part of the city with a great variety of shops and restaurants out the front door and a green oasis with a balcony at the back.
