Townhome vacation rentals in Rotterdam

It was our first time using Airbnb. For us, it was the perfect family getaway. Johan was already expecting us and greeted us in a very friendly way and showed us the house. The accommodation was very pleasing, especially the living room with the conservatory and outside the two small garden tables with the chairs as well as the jetty on the water with the beanbag to relax. The kitchen was equipped with two coffee machines and plenty of pretty dishes as well as all necessary utensils. On the 2nd floor were the chic bathroom and the quiet bedrooms. We also used 2 bicycles from Johan, and we borrowed two more bikes from the very nice and helpful neighbors. Everything was fully booked in the rental… Our host Johan was always available to us promptly, gave us very good tips for the sights and for going out to eat. In short, we felt very comfortable, would like to come back and can fully recommend the accommodation.

Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Sue was answering fast and was helpfull. Nearby restaurants and market. Parking on the street, we always found a place, even at late evening.

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

The stay at Josie's house was very pleasant. Unfortunately, many students' festivals took place during the week, so it was quite noisy at night. However, this was not predictable. Josie always answered our questions immediately and was very helpful! It should be noted that in the bathroom downstairs there is only a shower and toilet and the sink is not in a separate room but between the two upper rooms in the " hallway". However, this did not disturb us any further. The staircase is very steep as described by Josie!!! Otherwise beautiful terrace with an incredible number of plants in the narrowest space. Leiden is a really worth seeing city .

We had a perfect time at elien and frankys place!!! It’s a super charming house that has a great vibe, very very clean, kid friendly and exactly as described! My daughter felt at home and that was important for us! And so did we! Would come back anytime!

This was a perfect house to visit Utrecht. Quiet area and a 5 min walk to be in the centre of town. Tons and Peter were lovely hosts. Great communication and they met us to show us round the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and in the little garden. Utrecht was hot but the house remained cool as it’s surrounded by gardens and trees which was a delight.

What of beautiful home and perfect area of Amsterdam, plus being able to visit with sweet Piet the cat, that was a wonderful stay and we would have extended it if we could have :) Marichelle was welcoming, helpful, friendly, available for anything we needed. I will stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam which I hope as soon

The accommodation was really great overall – exactly as described and very pleasant. The contact with the landlords was particularly positive: always friendly, quickly accessible and helpful. When we wrote about Airbnb, they responded immediately. Renovation work took place in the neighborhood during our stay, for which the hosts of course could not help – they apologized directly, as they themselves had not been informed beforehand. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner, but that was really the only minor criticism. Everything else was great – I felt very comfortable and would book the place again anytime.

Super apartment in the pedestrian area of Katwijk. We felt very comfortable there and the apartment has everything you need for a week's vacation (including high-quality kitchen appliances) - even a Wii is available if you get really bored (but with older games). For 4-5 people, the apartment is sufficiently large, only the dining table area is a little narrower. By car you can only approach the apartment until 12 noon for loading and unloading, the rest of the time it is a pure pedestrian zone and blocked by automatic bollards. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as numerous bars and restaurants - the location is simply 1a.

Very nice house, feeling like home. Annemieke and Joyce were very nice and easy communication. Would love to come again during summer!

We stayed at this beautiful spot with my family - 3 adults and one kiddo. It is extremely spacious! The garden was perfect and my daughter loved the trampoline. We were visiting family and could easily host them at the house. It was versatile and well appointed. Only thing to be aware of are the steep stairs. We didn’t have any issues but something to know about.

Our family had a fabulous stay in Utrecht at Laurens' house. It was very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood has lots to do and some great cafes. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but not a problem if you rent bikes and there are a lot of bike rental spots near the house. We have two small children and had a great time exploring the nearby neighbourhood playgrounds and bike routes. There is a great animal park nearby, too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is staying in Utrecht. Hopefully we will be back in a few years! Thank you, Laurens and Tiffany!

Super location! Accommodation was exactly as described/in photos. Hank was proactive and responsive with communications. A lovely house with authentic Amsterdam character, brilliantly located for exploring all the main attractions - and chilling by the canal. Would highly recommend.

If you’d like to spend time at the beach, the location is perfect. We loved our stay and any issues we had were sorted out quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, clean and well equipped. A small inconvenience having the 2nd bedroom in the attic, but we were ok.

This whole house on the wharf of the Oudegracht canal is amazing. So close to the city centre and Twijnstraat has many cafes and shops - both food and other. Jan Paul was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay on the wharf.

Lovely place, spacious and near public transport.

We loved staying in Heidi's home. it was very easy to find with a train stop right across from the house. the house itself was very clean, the beds were comfy and the garden is a lovely addition. there are playgrounds near by so ideal for children we did have a couple of issues but Heidi was quick to respond. overall it's an ideal location for a family.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Beautiful flat with a well stocked kitchen. The location was close to everything. The stairs are more like a ladder but once you get used to them they are fine. Overall a very nice, clean ,comfortable place to stay.

Monique warmly welcomed us to her charming home. On the ground floor there is a covered hallway with a small bathroom. Behind the front door is a nice living room with open kitchen. On the upper floors is the bedroom with an open bathroom. The house has a great location! It's only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful, large beach. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants just a short distance away. The city center of The Hague is only 15 minutes by tram. We will definitely stay with Monique again next time we are in The Hague :)

Dirk and his Wife were there to Welcome us upon our arrival and recommended lovely places for us to buy local cheese and have Dinner. The town is so beautiful and perfect for relaxation and the Location is near all amneties (groceries, shops, Center of the Village with cafés and a Saturday Market!). It's very walkable and cyclable and most Restaurants we're dog-friendly. The Cottage House was modern and equiped of a full kitchen and a cute terrace at the back with an Outdoor Fireplace that we used every night for romantic Moments. It was decorated with taste all whilst representing hygge. We really enjoyed our prolonged weekend in Huizen!! Thank you for having us!
